What2Do helps you discover what’s happening around you in real time! What2Do makes it easy to find or create things to do nearby without endlessly scrolling, texting around, or trying to figure out the move. From pickup sports and study sessions to concerts, nightlife, networking events, club meetups, and spontaneous hangouts, What2Do helps turn interest into real-life experiences.
The app centers around a live, scrollable feed that shows events happening around you right now. Instead of relying on scattered group chats or hoping you hear about something in time, What2Do gives you one place to see what is going on, who is going, and what might actually be worth showing up for.
Each event gives you useful context before you decide to join, including what the event is, when it is happening, where it is taking place, who is already going, age settings, and the maximum number of people allowed. You can also see the other people attending, giving you a better feel for the event and helping you decide whether it is the right fit for you.
Joining is simple. Tap the “I’m In” button, and you are added to a group chat with the other people going. From there, you can coordinate plans, ask questions, share updates, and send photos before, during, and after the event.
What2Do is not just about discovering plans. It is also about remembering them. Photos connected to events can be tied to the profiles of the people who attended, so your profile becomes more than just a page. Over time, it becomes a timeline of the experiences you have been part of, from random side quests and spontaneous nights to the bigger moments that define your college years and beyond.
The app also includes a map that lets you see where people are heading, where they are already gathered, and what is drawing attention around you, whether it is nightlife, sports events, campus activities, or last-minute plans.
When creating an event, you stay in control. You set the time, location, age limit, and maximum number of attendees, then choose who can see it with three visibility options:
Public: visible based on location or to your campus community
Friends: visible only to your friends
Custom: visible only to people you specifically choose
This makes planning feel more intentional and more comfortable, while helping avoid the feeling of public exclusion as posted events appear to the people who are meant to see them.
