Nine tiles, three areas: Mind, Body and Soul. Choose three habits for each, then simply tap a tile once you've done it. A subtle bar fills up over three days; when a tile turns orange, that part of your life needs a little attention. Long press to change a habit.

Add the dates that matter (a trip, a project, a graduation, a move), pick an icon, and watch the countdown in years, months and days.
