No subscription. • Unlimited receipt scans, no ads and recurring expenses for everyone in that group. The group's owner can also turn on Travel Mode and Simplify. • "Split it with the group" adds the price as an expense, so everyone chips in. • Didn't start yet? Change the start date or move the pass to another group. Changed your mind about the split? Undo it within a day. • Lifetime pass for one group, for a limited time. Also • On the scan credits sheet, "Or go unlimited with dvup+" now opens the plans.

Everyone who opens your link takes a seat as their own bubble, outfit and all. • An arrow from each person shows what they still owe. When they pay, the arrow goes and "paid" shows under their bubble. • Grab a bubble and drop it wherever you like. It stays there. Double tap an empty spot to send everyone back. • Tap the middle for the receipt, or pull up the receipts under the table to see all your tabs. • At a big table, people who've paid get smaller, so the ones you're still waiting on are easy to spot. • While people are still picking, "still open" now includes tax, tip and fees, so it matches what you'd end up covering. • Someone who paid a bit short no longer shows as settled. Swipe their name right to call it square. Groups • Grab a bubble on Balances and drop it anywhere. It stays there. Double tap an empty spot to send everyone back. • Add a friend who hasn't joined yet and dress their bubble. The outfit becomes theirs when they link. • The amounts on the lines no longer pile on top of each other or cover a bubble.

• Choose what sits in front. In "Place your pieces", hold a piece and drag it. • Already wearing two pieces? A third can take a free spot around your bubble. • Pieces you move, turn or resize now look that way to everyone in the tab, not just you. Shared bubbles too. • "Add yourself" in a new tab uses the name and animal you already picked, instead of starting over. • Adding an expense no longer makes everyone else's pieces vanish until the next refresh. • The iPhone icon lost its purple frame.

• Tabs look like a receipt now. Every line, who took it, the totals, and the night so far at the bottom. • You can set more than one way to get paid. Guests pick one, with the real logos, and can pay before you close. • Closing a tab doesn't hide the receipt anymore. Who owes what sits on top, tap "Who had what" for the rest. • There's a wardrobe now. Hats, plush pals, 15 dog breeds, and a few things that grow out of the top of your head. • Put a piece where you want it. Drag it round the rim or inside the bubble, turn it, make it smaller. • Halloween and winter, both. Bats, ghosts, jack-o'-lanterns on a vine, a santa hat, antlers, a snowman. • Reinstalled the app and your tabs were gone? They're back. They were on the server the whole time. • Prices you haven't scanned yet are blank now, not made-up numbers.

• Bubble effects are free now. All 43 of them, up to three at once. They used to be dvup+ only.

• Remove someone from a tab and they can rejoin from the same link. Before they were locked out for good, and a new link didn't help even though the confirm screen said it would. • Removing someone from a sorted tab, or leaving one, no longer deletes their receipt.

- Asset updates

• Follows your system text size up to 2x, plus an in-app size control. Everything reflows instead of clipping. • Change who paid, when editing or right from the scan review. • Recurring expenses keep their repeat tag, and everyone in the group can see it. New expenses no longer start with repeat already on. • Tax now computes correctly with coupons and discounts, and shows the rate your receipt printed. • Exported receipts include fees and discounts. • Groups refresh faster when others make changes. • Fixed payment notes some bank apps rejected, and invites at the largest text sizes.

The app is redrawn. Warm paper instead of the old blue-white, and ink instead of grey. Purple only turns up now where it means something, like a person or a balance. It also opens in light mode by default instead of following your phone. Dark is still there, Settings then Appearance. One tab, as many receipts as the night takes. Dinner and then the bar can go on the same link, and it still closes itself after 24 hours. Groups can pass a bill around now. Open a receipt in a group, send it to the table, and everyone taps what they had. People already in the group don't need the link at all, the tab just shows up for them. Re-splitting a bill updates the expense you already have. It used to file a second one, which meant the table got charged twice for the same dinner. Errors say what actually went wrong. "Couldn't start the tab, check your connection" was showing up for things that had nothing to do with your connection. New icon, and the splash screen finally matches it. Onboarding has a sample tab you can run start to finish before you scan anything real. No link goes out, nothing is shared, it all happens on your phone. The scan screen tells you how many scans you have left, and you can earn one with a short ad without hunting through Settings for it.

Tabs is here. Split a bill without making everyone download an app. Start a tab at the table, share the link, and each person taps what they ordered and pays you back from their phone browser. Your friends don't need the app or an account. Pick how it splits: evenly, everyone claims their own items, or you sort it. The tab closes itself after a day, and your phone buzzes when someone joins or pays. Also in this update: - Earn scan credits by watching an ad and spend them on any receipt scan, tracked on a new AI Wallet. - Onboarding greets you by name, sets your local currency for you, and lets you pick your avatar color. - Mark any receipt line taxed, tax-free, or at its own rate. - Fees and discounts get their own line and split fairly across everyone. - Rewarded-ad credits land the first time now, with no re-watching. - Fixes for comma-decimal amounts and splitting across currencies on a trip. - Expenses no longer double up if your connection drops while saving.

Now you can split tax fairly on mixed-tax, itemized, receipts. Mark each item taxed, tax-free, or at a custom rate, and the tax goes to whoever actually had it — not a flat share of the whole bill. Totals always match your receipt.
