Healing Exercises — short, targeted practices matched to where you are today. A five-minute self-soothing for anxious moments. A "stay a little longer" prompt for avoidant ones.
Bridge Mode (opt-in) — share the emotional weather of your inner world with a partner - whether that's a family member, partner, friend, or anyone important to you, never the words themselves. Climate snapshots, a daily sync score, and full control to disconnect at any time.
