GUIDED PROGRAMS Follow proven programs with automatic weight progression, deloads, and calculated working weights. Strength, Hypertrophy and Women's Programs available. CUSTOM ROUTINES Build your own routines from a library of 360+ exercises across 14 muscle groups. Assign one of four auto-progression modes — Linear, Double, Ascending Pyramid, or Reverse Pyramid — to any exercise. Create supersets, drop sets, or advanced intensity protocols like Reps in Reserve and Rate of Perceived Exertion. Every routine and every exercise is fully customizable and can be sent to friends or clients so they can add it to their Routines Homepage and get to work. CARDIO TRACKING Ten built-in activities — Run, Walk, Bike, Row, Swim, Stair Climber, Elliptical, Hike, Jump Rope, and a custom Other mode. Each tracks duration, estimated calories, and live heart rate when connected. Distance activities track pace in real time with mi/km toggle. Row tracks meters, Swim tracks laps, Stair Climber tracks floors. Summary screen shows distance, avg pace, calories, and HR zones. FLOWS Kettlebell flows and calisthenics circuits with dedicated EMOM, INTERVAL, and AMRAP timers. EQUIPMENT FILTER Tell HUNDREDWEIGHT what gear you have and the entire app adapts. Turn the filter off and see everything. PLATE CALCULATOR No more whipping out the calculator to figure out which plates to load on the bar. Connect Bluetooth Fitness Trackers in settings to keep all your data where you need it.
