Combat Cognition: martial arts
Cognitive optimization for MMA
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Turn downtime into real gains. Log combat sessions and run guided visualizations to lock in skills faster.
The mat teaches the technique. Combat Cognition builds it into memory.
Most of your week is not training. Recovery, work, and real life mean you cannot live in the gym. Combat Cognition gives you a training operating system for the hours in between live sessions.
LOG WHAT YOU TRAIN
Track sessions across grappling, striking, conditioning, and strength. Log rounds for boxing, wrestling, judo, muay thai, and jiu-jitsu. Tag techniques as they come up and build a real record of your practice instead of trusting guesswork.
REHEARSE WITH PURPOSE
Between sessions, run short, step-synced visualizations based on how each drill is taught. Mentally replay grappling chains, striking combos, and wrestling entries. After each block, rate how clear the rehearsal felt so the system can learn what is sticking.
SPACED MOTOR MEMORY
Combat Cognition uses your ratings to drive a spacing schedule tuned for motor memory. Techniques surface for mental rehearsal right before you would normally start to forget them, helping lock skills into long term memory.
SUSTAINABLE BY DESIGN
Weekly visualization volume is capped on purpose and aligned with research on sustainable mental training dose. This is a supplement to the work you already do on the mat and in the gym, not a replacement for real contact and live training.
FOR COACHES AND ATHLETES
Use it as a personal tracker, or bring it to your whole room. Fighters, hobbyists, and coaches can all use the same framework to organize drills, track performance, and make every session and every rest day count.
BUILT FOR COMBAT SPORTS
Combat Cognition is made for grappling, mixed martial arts, boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, and other martial arts. Whether you are focused on bjj rounds, mma camps, judo randori, muay thai pads, or general fitness and recovery, you can log what you train and reinforce it with structured mental practice.
