The biggest update yet: Smart Bolus now understands your active insulin and remaining carbs. • Insulin on board (IOB) — Record the dose you actually took, and the app tracks how much is still active using the same insulin curves as leading closed-loop systems. Active insulin is subtracted from your next suggestion to help avoid stacking. • Carbs on board (COB) — Insulin matched by unabsorbed carbs from your earlier meals no longer reduces your new meal's dose. Only truly uncovered insulin is subtracted. • Insulin types by active ingredient — Choose lispro, aspart, glulisine, Fiasp, or Lyumjev with brand names shown, each with its proper activity curve. • Adjustable insulin duration — Fine-tune how long a dose works for you (5–7 hours), per profile. • Explicit dose recording — Tap the suggested dose to fill the "taken" field or type it manually, then record. Closing without recording saves nothing. • Settings tab — Language, dose rounding, CGM connection, and re-run setup now live in one dedicated tab. • Smarter history — Delete a single record or all of them, with per-profile isolation so each person's insulin and carb history stays their own. Note for existing users: after updating, the setup wizard opens once with your current settings pre-filled so you can review the new options.

Dose rounding is here! You can now control how the recommended dose is displayed. • Dose rounding setting — Choose to round the recommended dose to the nearest whole unit (1, 2, 3), the nearest half unit (0.5, 1.5, 2.5), or keep the exact value. • Where to find it — Open Profiles → Settings → Dose Rounding. • Applies to results and history — The rounded value is what you see in the result screen and what gets saved to your history. The carb and correction breakdown stays exact for full transparency. • Default is off — Your current experience won't change unless you turn it on.

Requires the official Dexcom G7 & Dexcom One+ app installed. • CGM tab — New dedicated tab showing your current glucose, trend direction, sensor status, and last 5 readings. • Auto-fill glucose in calculator — When connected, your glucose is filled automatically. Still editable manually anytime. • Independent glucose unit — Choose mg/dL or mmol/L directly in the CGM tab, applied everywhere.
