Beast: Gym Workout Tracker
Your AI strength coach
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Beast.fit is the AI-powered strength training app for lifters who want to get serious. Plan your workouts, track every set, and train with a coach in your pocket that actually adapts to you.
MEET ALPHA, YOUR AI COACH
Alpha learns how you train and gives guidance built around your history — what to lift, when to push, and when to back off. Ask anything, anytime.
TRACK EVERY SET
Fast, beautiful logging for sets, reps, weight, and RPE. Rest timers, a plate calculator, supersets, and guided mode keep you moving.
BUILT FOR APPLE WATCH
Start and run entire workouts from your wrist with live heart rate and set tracking, then sync automatically back to your iPhone — even offline.
SEE YOUR PROGRESS
Volume, frequency, muscle-group balance, personal records, and recovery signals — visualized so you know what's working.
PROGRAMS & GUIDANCE
Follow structured programs with mesocycles, or let Alpha generate a routine for your goals and equipment.
NUTRITION, SIMPLIFIED
Track macros, scan barcodes, and snap food labels to log meals fast.
STAY CONSISTENT
Daily streaks, milestones, and XP keep you coming back — with streak freezes so one missed day doesn't undo your progress.
BEAST PRO & ELITE
Unlock Alpha coaching, advanced analytics, nutrition, and coach tools with a subscription. Start with a 30-day free trial.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage them in your Apple Account settings.
