The programmer's calculator that defined an era — now in your pocket.
my16C brings the legendary 16C Voyager series programmer's calculator back to life with cycle-accurate emulation running the original microcode. Every keystroke, every display flicker, every RPN operation — faithfully reproduced.
WHY PROGRAMMERS LOVE THE 16C
The 16C wasn't just a calculator — it was the essential tool for every serious programmer and computer engineer in the 1980s. Its unique combination of base conversions, bit manipulation, and RPN logic made it indispensable. Decades later, it remains unmatched.
FEATURES
• Cycle-accurate emulation — runs the original Voyager microcode, not a simulation
• Full base conversion — HEX, DEC, OCT, and BIN at the press of a key
• Bit operations — shifts, rotates, AND, OR, XOR, NOT, 1's and 2's complement
• RPN entry — the efficient Reverse Polish Notation stack system
• Programmable — write, store, and run programs just like the original
• Authentic 7-segment LCD display with all original annunciators
• Word size control (WSIZE) — work with 8, 16, 32, or 64-bit integers
• Floating point mode for standard calculations
• Unsigned and signed arithmetic modes

Very nice if you have Tahoe
Dhjdhj
Unfortunately I’m not going to upgrade my regular computer to Tahoe for this app - Tahoe has too many other issues, particularly from a developer perspective. Also, I have a separate numeric keypad connected to the computer (a KisNT KN 34) and this calculator doesn’t seem to receive keystrokes from it
• Support for iPhone Duo: the calculator uses the full display when the phone is open and keeps clear of the camera cut-out, so no key is hidden.
• The display shows an annunciator only while it is on, as on the real calculator; nothing is ghosted when the calculator is off.
