Guide voices: the voice picker now always shows every guide, and new listeners start with Monika. If the voice list can't load, Ilma tries again on its own. Mobile data: Ilma now asks before downloading a session's narration on mobile data.

- Home now starts with one suggestion, chosen for the time of day. - A small This week view shows your Monday-to-Sunday week, with sessions and days shown separately. - Choose how many energy and recovery sessions you'd like each week, or keep Ilma's suggestion. - Evenings lean towards winding down. - A session counts towards your progress once it runs for a minute or you finish it in full.

Sessions now wait for their background sound. When you tap Begin on a meditation, timer, binaural, breathwork or focus music session, Ilma finishes loading the sound first, so it plays from the start instead of cutting in late. On mobile data, Ilma asks before downloading a large sound. Also includes bug fixes.

Better sound, and a calmer start to every session. • Fixed audio failing to load on some sessions — narration and ambient tracks now decode reliably from your downloads. • The Organic House focus track now loops smoothly instead of fading out at the join. • Sessions start faster and no longer stall while preparing narration. • Clearer session setup: your guide voice, guidance level, bells and ambient sound each show what they do, with a preview before you commit. • One simple audio mix control that always adds up, and never silences your guide. • Redesigned end-of-session summary showing what you actually completed. • Binaural and Focus Music catalogues are easier to browse, with headphone guidance where it matters. • Breathwork sessions now show the pattern you chose and what is coming next. • Notification settings tell you the truth about what is on, and we no longer ask for permission in the middle of a session. • Downloads are more reliable, and saved audio defaults stay where you put them.

Practice now tells you where you stand before you tap. • Your free sessions, in plain sight. Each practice type shows how many of its free sessions you have used and how many are left, right on the Practice screen — not only when you hit the limit. • Sessions you have already played are marked, so you are never guessing what is new. This now survives loading and search instead of flickering or resetting. • When something is locked, you are told why. Instead of a generic upgrade screen, you get the actual reason — you have already played this one, or you have used your free sessions of that type — with a clear way to see plans or pick an alternative. • Fixed Meditation and Binaural opening completely empty. Both catalogues now list everything they should. • Reduce Motion fixes. A sheet you have just dismissed no longer snaps back open, and sessions start in the calmer presentation rather than briefly assuming motion is fine. • Search stays reachable at the largest text sizes, instead of being squeezed off screen. • Deleting your account always requires your email. A brief window just after opening that screen no longer let the deletion through without it. • Fixed a case where a session could start when you were already over your free limit, then fail to save afterwards — losing your progress.
