Tired of asking Facebook who to call? SolNeighbour is where Costa del Sol residents find trusted tradespeople — recommended by real neighbours.
Stop scrolling Facebook groups. Start asking your neighbours.
SolNeighbour is the Costa del Sol's community trust network — where real residents share honest recommendations for local tradespeople, and you find someone great before you even have to ask.
The problem we solve
Every week, the same questions appear in every Costa del Sol Facebook group. "Does anyone know a good plumber?" "Can anyone recommend a pool guy?" The answers get buried, the posts disappear, and you're back to square one.
SolNeighbour gives those recommendations a permanent home — searchable, trusted, and tied to real named neighbours, not anonymous reviews.
How it works
Search by category and area — plumbers, electricians, cleaners, builders, pool maintenance, legal, healthcare, cars and more. Every tradesperson is recommended by real residents who've actually used them. You see who recommended them, where they live, and how long they've been on the Costa del Sol.
No stars. No anonymous reviews. No paid listings. Just your neighbours telling you who they trust.
Why it's different
→ Real names, real neighbours — every recommendation is tied to a verified community member
→ No paid placements — results ranked by community trust, never by who's paying
→ Languages spoken — find English-speaking tradespeople easily
→ Price guide — see what neighbours actually paid, crowdsourced from real jobs
→ Community policed — three flags from different members triggers a review
Who it's for
SolNeighbour is built for the Costa del Sol expat community — the hundreds of thousands of residents who moved here and don't yet have the network to know who to call when something goes wrong.
Whether you've just arrived or you've lived here for years, SolNeighbour connects you to the people who already know.
Free to join. Always.
Browsing, searching, and recommending are completely free. Tradespeople can earn a Verified badge — identity checked, insurance confirmed — so you know exactly who you're calling.
The answer is already out there. We just made it findable.
