MoverPilot keeps your move organized from the first packed box to the last unpacked one. Number your boxes, note what is inside, stick on a QR label and find anything again in seconds.
PACK ROOM BY ROOM
Plan the rooms of your current home and estimate how many boxes each one needs. MoverPilot shows your packing progress and tells you which rooms are done.
BOX INVENTORY
Every box gets a number, a destination room, a contents list, optional photos and flags for fragile or open first. Mark boxes as packed, loaded, delivered and unpacked and watch the progress ring fill up.
SCAN AND FIND
Print QR label sheets, stick them on your boxes and scan any label with the camera to open the box instantly. Search across all boxes by keyword, for example plates or winter jacket.
ROOMS IN YOUR NEW HOME
Assign boxes to the rooms of your new place and unpack room by room. Custom rooms are welcome.
GERMAN MOVING CHECKLIST
A ready made checklist with deadlines relative to your moving day: Anmeldung at the Bürgeramt, mail forwarding, electricity and internet, broadcasting fee, banks, insurances, car registration and more. Add your own tasks, get reminders and never miss the 14 day deadline.

Unlimited boxes per move, printable QR label sheets, PDF inventory export for insurers and movers, CSV export and the cost tracker with budget. The free plan includes 10 boxes per move and the full checklist.
PRIVACY FIRST
Everything is stored on your device. There is no account and no upload of your inventory. Crash reports and anonymous usage statistics are off until you switch them on, and you can turn them off again at any time in Settings.
