BUILT FOR THE WAY COACHES ACTUALLY WRITE
Coaches don't write in JSON. They write "4 X 50 @ Kickboard Flutter, finish last 15M hard kicking!" Swim Structured reads that. It handles the shorthand real swimmers use: send-offs, rest intervals, equipment callouts, round multipliers, mixed-stroke intervals, and the little notes that actually make a set work.
ON YOUR WRIST, MID-INTERVAL
The cues your coach wrote don't get lost. When you're on the 3rd of 4 kick 50s, your watch shows you "finish last 15M hard kicking!" exactly as written. No more memorizing the sheet before you push off.
FULLY ON-DEVICE
The parser is a real language model running locally on your iPhone using Apple's MLX framework. Your workouts never touch a server. No account. No subscription. No internet required after the one-time model download.
EXPORTS THAT WORK
Send to Apple Watch via WorkoutKit, with swim-native pool intervals and your notes attached. Export as FIT, the Garmin-native format. Upload to Garmin Connect, TrainingPeaks, or any service that reads FIT. Your rep counts, rest intervals, strokes, and equipment come through cleanly.
