Calm Circles helps caregivers move through everyday hard moments with short, guided routines for young children. Each routine combines simple words, breathing, sensory grounding, and calm visuals so you can co-regulate without having to invent the right script on the spot.
Use Calm Circles when your child needs help slowing down, reconnecting, moving through a transition, or practicing what calm can feel like in their body. Sessions are brief, repeatable, and easy to start when everyone is tired.
What you can do:
- Pick a hard moment like bedtime, wake-ups, transitions, meltdowns, separation, sensory overload, scary dreams, or screen time ending
- Start one short routine designed for that situation
- Choose guided-together, child visual, or audio-first session modes
- Use gentle breathing and grounding prompts built for young children
- Listen with the included Calm Circles voice, or download supported language voice packs for offline routine audio
- Record selected family voice lines so a familiar voice can guide parts of a routine
Recording is optional; all routines work without family recordings. When you do record, those files stay on your device and are not uploaded to Calm Circles servers or used for advertising, analytics, AI training, or voice cloning. If device backup is enabled, your operating system may include them in backup and restore.
Calm Circles is a supportive parenting and general wellness tool. It is not a medical device, therapy, diagnosis, crisis support, or a replacement for professional care.
