Arcta Pro has had its biggest update since launch. A NEW LOOK Every screen has been redesigned around one consistent theme, so the app finally looks and feels like a single product rather than a collection of tools. BETTER WORKOUT BUILDING Cardio, Recovery and Home Gym now come with full exercise libraries instead of a handful of options. Recovery sessions let you add stretches straight from the library, and building a custom session is now a clean, manual flow. FASTER LOGGING Repeat a weight and rep count across every set with a single tap. Your recently logged foods now appear in their own tab, so re-logging a meal takes seconds. PROGRESSION, REBUILT The progression tracker has been redesigned with a proper calendar, clearer history, and a save button that is always reachable. MORE ACCURATE DATA Two workouts on the same day now log separately instead of merging, so your Muscle Balance reflects what you actually did.
