Your whole TikTok LIVE agency in one app: every creator's diamonds, targets and rank-ups from Backstage, a seat for each agent, and today's priorities every morning.
TCN Agent is the daily working tool for TikTok LIVE agencies. Connect your agency's TikTok Backstage once and the app keeps every creator's numbers up to date for you and your team.
FOR AGENCY OWNERS
• See your whole agency: diamonds, LIVE days and hours, tiers and rank-ups for every creator, refreshed automatically from Backstage.
• Know who needs attention today: monthly targets with a daily pace, creators at risk, and new-creator milestones (T+14 and T+30).
• Add your agents with an invite code. Each agent sees only the creators they manage.
• Set each agent's bonus and see what everyone is on track to earn this month.
FOR AGENTS
• Your own creators, your targets and your projected bonus in one place.
• A morning briefing and a daily action list: who to call first and why.
• Chats with your creators and your team, a recruitment pipeline, 1-on-1 coaching notes and eligibility checks for new recruits.
IN 10 LANGUAGES
English, Arabic, German, Spanish, French, Indonesian, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish and Chinese.
YOUR DATA
Your agency only ever sees its own creators. Bonus amounts are projections calculated from your own Backstage data and your own bonus rules; the app never pays or holds money.
SUBSCRIPTION
TCN Agent is paid for by the agency owner with one monthly subscription for the whole team. The plan includes the owner and 1 agent; each extra agent adds one step to the monthly price, up to 30 agents. Agents join with the owner's invite code and never pay. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you subscribe.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically each month unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time. Adding agents takes effect immediately; a smaller plan starts at the next renewal.
• If a subscription ends, the agency's data stays readable but stops updating for 30 days, and is then locked.
