New: Body log, bathroom breaks, supplements, cycle and how you feel, one tap each. Plus a cleaner Today at a glance. Every number shows its source.
Macroline is a macro and calorie tracker built for the AI era. Just say what you ate, scan a barcode, or search millions of foods that always tell you where the data came from. Now with a clean, redesigned home that puts your whole day at a glance.
LOG WITHOUT THE BURDEN
- Describe: say "I had a chicken caesar wrap and a coke" and Macroline parses it into structured entries. No ten-tap forms.
- Scan: point your camera at any barcode. We resolve against USDA, OpenFoodFacts, and our crowd-verified database.
- Search: type-ahead with brand, alias, and fuzzy matching.
- Recents: you do not eat a thousand foods, you eat the same ones on repeat. Re-log your usuals in a couple taps, no searching.
PROVENANCE YOU CAN TRUST
Every food shows its source: USDA authoritative, brand labels, OpenFoodFacts community, or a clearly marked AI estimate. Tap the badge to see exactly where the numbers came from. We do not fudge the data, an AI estimate is always labeled as one, and you can always adjust it.
HIT YOUR PROTEIN
Set a protein target with the built-in calculator and track toward it every day. (It is a starting point, adjust it with your dietitian.)
GLP-1 AND WEIGHT-LOSS MEDICATION TRACKING
Track semaglutide, tirzepatide, naltrexone-bupropion, phentermine, and more. See your dose-in-system over time, log side effects, and watch how it lines up with your week. (Macroline does not provide medical advice.)
WEIGHT TRENDS, NOT DAILY NOISE
Sync your weight with Apple Health and watch the trend over weeks instead of obsessing over the daily number.
CONNECT YOUR AI ASSISTANT
Macroline ships with an MCP server, so you can connect Claude or other AI tools to log meals, query your diary, and ask "how much protein have I had this week?" straight from your assistant.
USE IT ANYWHERE
Macroline also runs in your browser at my.macroline.app, so your diary follows you across your devices.
NO DIET SHAME
No streak pressure. No fasting nudges. No "you ate too much" messages. Tracking is for awareness. What you do with it is up to you.

This app is awesome. I’m on a GLP-1… I work out, track my food, watch my shot, and definitely watch my macros. My husband isn’t on a GLP-1, but he is a marathon runner who works out and trains hard. He watches his macros too. It’s really cool to have an app like this that covers it all and isn’t just specifically for the GLP-1 users or those who are athletic. I feel like this is great for anyone trying to keep an eye on what they do throughout the day. Highly recommend!
Your body keeps a record now, not just your plate.
Body log - a new tile on Today: supplements, bathroom break, how I feel, and (if you turn it on) cycle. One tap to log; details are optional.
Bathroom break - poop and pee in one place. "Went today" or "Didn't go", with optional type, amount, ease and a note; a Pee tab with a colour chart and today's count. Days since your last, plus a gentle pattern from your own fiber, water and dose history when there's enough data. A record for you and your doctor - never a diagnosis.
Supplements, first-class - vitamin D, magnesium, fiber, protein, electrolytes and more, with the right units (IU, mcg, mg, scoops) and up to three daily times. A daily checklist shows what's taken and what's left.
How I feel - nausea, reflux, bloating, burps, fatigue, or "feeling fine", once per day, so side effects and shot days line up in History.
Cycle - mark period days and flow if you like. Dates only; Macroline doesn't predict cycles or fertility. Period days shade your weight chart so the scale makes sense that week.
A cleaner Today - the calorie ring is gone. You see what you ate, your goal and what's left in plain numbers, and macros read "left / eaten / total". Every card shares one calm style.
Names the way you'd write them - "Vanilla Milkshake (Nyrri)", not lowercase database strings.
Morning brief moved to a real notification you can act on from the lock screen; nothing pops up inside the app.
The Meds tab is now Body - medications, supplements and your daily record in one place.
Your Body log is private, yours to export or delete, and never used for advertising.
