Notovo is a clean, fast note-taking app for people who just want their thoughts, lists, and plans in one place — and to share them when they need to.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Write text notes with formatting, colors, and custom backgrounds
• Build checklists for shopping, packing, chores, projects — anything
• Organize everything into folders and workspaces
• Share individual notes with anyone by email
• Invite teammates to a whole workspace so you can work together
• Pick up where you left off on any device thanks to real-time sync
BUILT FOR COLLABORATION
Share a single grocery list with your partner. Give a client access to one project note without exposing the rest of your work. Invite your whole team into a shared workspace for meeting notes, planning docs, and recurring checklists. You control who sees what.
Invites work even if the other person doesn't have Notovo yet — they'll get the note automatically the moment they sign in.
DESIGNED TO STAY OUT OF YOUR WAY
• Light and dark mode
• Fast, distraction-free editor
• No ads, no trackers, no clutter
• Your notes stay private — shared only with the people you choose
ALSO AVAILABLE ON DESKTOP
A free companion desktop app is available at notovo.net — write on your laptop, pick up on your phone, share with a co-worker, all without missing a beat.
PRIVACY FIRST
We don't sell your data. We don't read your notes. Your content is encrypted in transit and access is restricted to you and the people you explicitly share with. Full privacy policy at shockwavelabs.net/notovo-privacy.
