HaulGrid Mobile is the driver-facing companion app for the HaulGrid dispatch and billing platform. Built for aggregate, material hauling, and construction fleet operations, HaulGrid Mobile helps drivers stay connected to dispatch without paper confusion, text-message overload, or lost tickets. Drivers can view assigned loads, see pickup and delivery details, open navigation options, capture ticket photos, submit digital tickets, and review submitted ticket history from their phone or tablet. Improved driver ticket reliability and dispatch notifications. Ticket uploads now retry more reliably in weak signal or offline conditions, stale sync attempts are reset automatically, and backend duplicate protection was added for mobile retries. This update also adds dispatch notification support so drivers can be alerted when dispatch updates are sent from HaulGrid.
