Repz is the workout tracker that actually keeps you coming back — because your gym crew is watching. LOG EVERYTHING Strength, cardio, supersets, and circuits. Save any session as a template, edit it in place, and re-run it in one tap. Every lift you've done before gets a suggested warm-up set — 50–60% of your usual weight, worked out from your last session — so you start your working sets ready. A rest timer that lives on your lock screen and in the Dynamic Island, shows what's up next, and buzzes when you're ready. Built to work in basements and dead zones — sets keep logging offline and sync the moment you reconnect. KEEP THE STREAK A daily streak and a weekly goal your friends can see — just enough pressure to keep everyone showing up. Earn streak freezes as you go, so one bad day doesn't undo weeks of work. Reminders when your streak is at risk, and a Monday recap of the week you just had. BRING YOUR FRIENDS Add friends by username or 10-digit ID and build the crew that keeps you accountable. See who trained today right on your home screen, and when a mate finishes a workout, tap the notification to see exactly what they lifted. Send them a template, and share a finished session in a tap. SETTLE IT LIVE — HEAD TO HEAD Challenge a friend, take turns calling the lift, and whoever has the strongest gym day wins. Every rep is scored against your own usual numbers, so it's a fair fight no matter who's bigger. New to the gym? Set your starting line in two minutes and battle from day one — every set you log after that makes it yours. Real weights, real time. Free to use. Repz Pro — unlimited battles and more — is on the way. Train hard. Settle it live.

Your workout card, your way Profile → Settings → Workout card lets you choose how much each exercise card shows. Pick Full (same as before), Standard or Minimal, or set each part yourself: rest buttons, info pills, plateau tips, warm-up suggestions, your pinned note, tick style and row size. Anything you take off the card is still in its new ⋯ menu, along with Swap exercise and Move up or down. Your choice follows your account to a new phone. Superset from where you are Tap Superset next to Add set and the exercise turns into a superset right where it is. Sets you've already done stay as its first rounds, PRs and all, and you just pick the exercise to pair it with. Changed your mind? Back to single exercise puts it back. Warm up and cool down Tap ⋯ next to + Exercise to add a warm-up before your first set, or a cool-down at the end. Tick items off as you go, or tap a timed one to start it. It keeps running if you leave the screen and tells you when to switch sides. Put one in a template, or have Repz start every workout with your usual. Warm-ups never count towards your volume, PRs or head-to-heads. Heavier sets count as PRs PRs now go by your estimated one-rep max, so a heavier set with a rep fewer gets the gold badge: 70 kg × 9 beats 65 kg × 10. Rest for what's next Finish an exercise and the rest timer runs for the next exercise's rest time, so moving from curls to squats gives you the squat rest. Saved, even with no signal Finish a workout in a basement gym and it's kept on your phone, then uploads by itself as soon as you're back online. Forget to tap Finish and Repz finishes it for you after two hours with the sets you ticked. Look back at any session Tap one of your workouts in History or on your calendar to see its summary card again: time, volume, PRs and your note, ready to share. Also • A workout counts on the day you started it, so a late session keeps your streak on the right day • A quick tour of what's new the first time you open 1.4, and again any time from Profile • Ticking a set saves the weight shown from last time, instead of nothing • The Finish button steps aside while you type, so you can't finish a workout by accident • A cleaner workout timer at the top of the screen • Fixed workouts saved as templates not showing on your calendar
