TicCoach is a warm companion for kids, teens, and adults living with tics and Tourette syndrome. It's grounded in CBIT (Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics) — the most-studied behavioral approach for tics — and turns it into small, doable steps. The goal isn't to "stop" your tics; it's to understand them, build your own tools, and feel more in control.
