Pop them in, and Posture quietly watches your head position all day, about 25 readings a second, and gives you a gentle nudge the moment you settle into a real slouch. No camera pointed at you, no wearable to buy, no remembering to check in.

• Wear your AirPods like you already do. Posture monitors in the background, even with your phone in your pocket.
• Feel the nudge. Slouch for a while and you get a soft buzz. Straighten up and it goes quiet. That's the whole habit.
• Watch your day fill in. Every monitored minute becomes your daily report: % of the day aligned, hour-by-hour rhythm, best stretches, slouches caught.

Subscription Details
Posture+ is an auto-renewing subscription with monthly and yearly options, plus a one-time lifetime unlock. A free trial is available on the subscription plans; after the trial it renews at the listed price unless cancelled. Manage or cancel any time in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
