Territory Track
Sales OS for independent reps
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
For Territory Track members: find boutiques, score leads with AI, work your pipeline, and plan routes from the field. New? Start a free trial at territorytrack.com.
Territory Track is the Sales Operating System built for independent manufacturer reps and 1099 sales pros who sell into boutiques, specialty retailers, and independent stores. One system to find accounts, work the pipeline, and run the whole business from the field.
REQUIRES A TERRITORY TRACK ACCOUNT. This app is the mobile companion to Territory Track and is designed for people who already use the service. New to Territory Track? You can start with a free trial at territorytrack.com, then sign in here, and the app syncs with the same account you use on the web.
Stop driving around hoping to spot new prospects. Stop juggling spreadsheets, sticky notes, and a contacts app that doesn't know what you sell. Territory Track turns your phone into a complete sales operating system: find real businesses in any zip code, see who fits what you carry, work the pipeline, and close more deals.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Find prospects anywhere. Search any city or zip code and instantly see real boutiques and independent stores in that area, with addresses, phone numbers, and websites.
• Let AI score every lead. Each prospect gets a 1 to 100 fit score based on their website, reviews, social presence, and the brands you carry, so you visit the best ones first.
• Plan smart routes. Pick the leads you want to visit; we'll optimize the driving order, set your start and return addresses, and hand off to Apple Maps for turn-by-turn directions.
• Track every conversation. Log calls, notes, contacts, orders, and competitor brands per account. Never forget what was discussed three months ago.
• Katie, your AI co-pilot. Say it like you'd say it to a person: "Lunch was $18 at Chick-fil-A." "Which leads are stale?" "Plan a route of my SC clients." Katie logs it, finds it, or does it, and quick lookups and commands don't use any credits.
• Hands-free in the car. Flip on drive mode and Katie talks back. She reads her answers aloud and listens for your next one. Pull up at a store and she offers the rundown before you walk in.
• Voice debrief after every visit. Talk through the call, and AI extracts the next steps, follow-up date, and stage change, then writes them to the right place automatically.
• Invoice from the field. Raise a commission invoice right on your phone after the order, and it lands on the same books you see on the web.
• Time and mileage tracked. Start a timer, drive routes, log expenses. Everything you need for 1099 quarterly taxes.
• Trade show ready. Capture booth leads, scan business cards, build draft orders on the spot.
• Send email sequences. Reach out, follow up, and stay top of mind without copy-pasting.
BUILT FOR HOW REPS ACTUALLY WORK
Designed by and for outside reps who carry multiple brands. Works offline-first so it's reliable in rural territories and behind-the-counter stockrooms. Syncs with your desktop Territory Track account.
A NOTE ON ACCOUNTS
Territory Track requires an active account to sign in. New users can start a free trial at territorytrack.com. There is no purchase inside the app. You simply sign in with your existing Territory Track credentials.

more This update adds a Clients page and keeps your iPad steady when you turn it.
Clients
• A new Clients page lists every account that buys from you, including clients a teammate shares with you. Filter by converted, pre-existing or closed, and search by name or address. Find it under More or in the iPad sidebar, add it to your tab bar, or ask Katie to open it.
• A client's page now shows its orders, including drafts you haven't sent yet, and you can still see them with no signal.
• When a store closes or sells, mark it closed from the menu on its page. Its orders and history stay, it moves under Closed, and it drops out of your routes. You can reopen it any time.
• Delete an account from the same menu. If your organization needs a manager to approve deletions, the app tells you it was sent to them.
iPad
• Turning your iPad no longer switches the app between the sidebar and the tab bar, so an order you're writing stays open.
Also
• The app now says "client" where it used to say "customer".
• When Katie answers from the help guide, she says the steps are for the web app.
Have a problem or an idea? Use "Report a problem or idea" in the app.
1.3.7 6d ago
This update fixes a long list of things reps ran into in the field.
Katie and voice
• When Katie asks you to confirm a delete or a stage change, a Confirm button now appears, and tapping it does the job.
• "Remind me at 3pm" now means 3pm where you are, and an evening "today" stays today.
• Katie sends the messages you dictate, and clearing a conversation while she is replying no longer closes the app.
• Voice debriefs now save the follow-up, task, deal value and notes they pick up, not just the contacts.
Leads, orders and email
• Leads show their addresses again, and searching by address finds them.
• Choosing a brand no longer hides the leads that belong to every brand, on the Map or in Leads.
• An order you are writing is no longer closed by a storefront order notification, and changes you make while an order saves are kept.
• Email templates now send their attached line sheets and catalogs.
In the field
• Drop-bys move your active route along, and a timer stopped on the web clears on your phone.
• Without a start address, Apple Maps now gets your whole route instead of only the first two stops.
• Receipt and store photo reads work with photos from newer iPhones, and "12,50" reads as $12.50.
• If your calendar is already open, tapping a booking notification now shows the latest bookings.
• The Money tab's "Expenses by type" card shows your spending again.
• Tag photos keep short UPC-E barcodes, and the camera stays open after you allow access.
Offline and sign-in
• Changes saved during a long stretch offline are no longer lost if the signal drops while they send.
• Deleting and reinstalling the app now signs you out, so the next person to install it on that device doesn't see your account.
• A quick double tap no longer saves a call log, note, contact, message or photo twice.
• When a stage change, follow-up or check-in fails, the app now tells you instead of failing quietly.
Have a problem or an idea? Use "Report a problem or idea" in the app.
1.3.6 Oct 19
This update makes customer bookings easier to keep track of from your phone.
• Tapping a notification about a new, moved or cancelled booking now opens your calendar on the day of that appointment.
• Deleting an appointment a customer booked through your scheduling link now says what happens first: the menu reads "Cancel booking", and the app explains that the customer is emailed and the time opens again on your link.
Have a problem or an idea? Use "Report a problem or idea" in the app.
1.3.5 Oct 12
This update fixes store visits, keeps your offline work safe, and makes your calendar and reminders more reliable.
• Store check-ins and check-outs save again, including "Start visit" with no signal.
• Unsynced orders, mileage, expenses and notes are no longer lost when the app wakes while your phone is locked. Changes that hit a server hiccup now retry on their own.
• Offline orders that can't sync show "Not synced" and can be edited or deleted, instead of staying stuck.
• Orders: one vendor per order, the minimum tracker counts the way the vendor's order desk does, assorted products add as one line, and tapping Save again after an error no longer duplicates the order.
• Calendar: delete your own events, see multi-day events and trade shows on every day, see finished tasks checked off, and get a clear message when something can't load or save.
• Reminders: no more duplicate or stale reminders, they survive opening the app without signal, follow-ups fire at 9 AM (daylight saving included), and your soonest reminders always fit.
• Dates are right everywhere. Tasks and expenses you add by voice land on the day you said, evening tasks no longer slip a day, and phones set to the Buddhist or Japanese calendar get the right year.
• Switching accounts on a shared iPad no longer shows the last account's notifications, Katie briefing, credits, arrival alerts or trip widget.
• Arrival alerts come back right after you sign in again, and work even when the app was closed.
• Searches with a plus sign, like "3+1", find the right results.
Have a problem or an idea? Use "Report a problem or idea" in the app.
1.3.4 Oct 7
This update improves order writing, offline work, trip tracking, and email.
• Orders use the correct brand, quantity pricing, and product minimums. Size and color quantities stay consistent as you edit.
• Offline orders keep their latest edits, show sync problems more clearly, and avoid unsafe repeat submissions.
• Unsynced work is preserved when your session expires or you sign out, ready when you return to the same account.
• Unreviewed trips survive sign-out and app restarts. Trip recovery and Smart Drive behave more reliably when sessions change.
• Failed email sends keep your message open, and template fields fill in correctly.
Have a problem or an idea? Use “Report a problem or idea” in the app.
1.3.3 Sep 30
Order writing is easier and more reliable from the field.
• Scan several SKUs or barcodes in one session, then choose variants and quantities together. Repeated scans are ignored.
• Barcode scans now find products even when a spreadsheet import removed the barcode’s leading zeros.
• Catalog products start at their minimum order quantity, rounded to a full case pack. You can increase quantities as needed.
• See product photos, clearer required fields, and size quantities that fit your phone screen.
• Attach an existing product barcode or print a barcode label from its SKU.
• Keep your changes when a catalog loads, protect unsaved work, and reopen saved orders with their products.
• More reliable offline syncing helps prevent duplicate orders and preserves edits made while reconnecting.
• Clearing an order discount or note now saves correctly, and the size/color grid keeps quantities as you add options.
This update also improves order submission and preserves trip review, nearby accounts, and line sheets.
Have a problem or an idea? Use “Report a problem or idea” in the app. Thank you for helping Territory Track grow with you.
1.3.2 Sep 27
Unsaved trips wait for you on the dashboard.
The review drawer no longer jumps in front of you when you open the app. Finish a drive and the dashboard says how many trips are unsaved; tap it and Trip history lists them above your saved trips, newest work first. Open the one you want, set business or personal, and save it. Discard removes the trip you were looking at, not whatever happened to be first in line.
Trip history stays signed in.
If your session had expired, Trip history showed a token error and sat there. Now the app quietly returns you to the sign-in screen instead, and a brief drop in signal no longer signs you out at all.
Line sheets, on your phone.
See the line sheets you have built, with their status and item counts, and start a new one from the field. Find them under More.
Thanks for using Territory Track. Got an idea or hit a snag? Tap More, then "Report a problem or idea." We read every one.
1.3.1 Aug 27
Every trip you take is kept now.
The trip tracker used to hold only one finished drive at a time — end a second trip before reviewing the first and the first was gone. Now every trip you finish waits its turn: drive three stops with Smart Drive on, open the app, and review and save each one. Unreviewed trips also survive the app being closed, so nothing you drove is lost.
Nearby starts with YOUR book.
Open Nearby and the first thing you see is your own accounts around you — free, instantly — with any customer due to reorder pulled to the top and badged. Scanning for new prospects is now a button you press, with the cost printed right above it, instead of something the screen spent for you on open.
The prospect scan ranks by who is worth the stop, not just who is closest. A well-reviewed store a block further outranks an empty storefront next door, and places you already track step aside for genuinely new doors. Not interested in one? Dismiss it and it never comes back. Driving a route? Flip on "Scan along my route" and Nearby looks around your remaining stops instead of where you are parked.
And Katie knows what is around you now. Ask her "what is worth stopping at near me?" from the truck and she answers from where you are standing — your due-to-reorder customer a block away first.

1.3.0 Aug 25
Write orders with no signal.
A stockroom with no bars used to cost you the order. Now the order writer keeps working offline: build the order, edit it, submit it, and the app holds it on your phone and sends it the moment you have signal again. Anything still waiting says so in your orders list, and the product catalog and the vendor's minimum are there offline too, so you are not writing blind.
See the vendor's minimum while you are still writing.
The order screen now shows the minimum in force for that vendor and that account — opening or reorder — and counts up as you add lines. You find out you are short while the buyer is still in front of you, instead of after the order comes back refused.
Two smaller ones: an order written on your phone now lands in the right brand, so it counts toward that brand's numbers. And when a vendor's terms flag something on an order you just placed — a state they have not granted you, a note attached to their minimum — the app tells you instead of going quiet.
See what Katie remembers about you — and make her forget it.
Katie picks up details as you work, so she can answer without being told the same thing twice. Now you can read that back. Tap More, then "What Katie knows about you," and you get the plain list. Swipe any line and tap Forget to remove it for good. If she has not learned anything yet, the screen says so rather than showing you an empty box.
One change to credits: a scan that comes back blank now costs credits, where before it was refunded. The scan still runs and still costs us, whether or not the photo turns out readable. Scans that fail outright, where nothing runs at all, are still free.
Thanks for using Territory Track. Got an idea or hit a snag? Tap More, then "Report a problem or idea." We read every one.
1.2.5 Aug 16
When you run out of AI credits, the app now says so.
Before, asking Katie something after your credits ran out showed "HTTP 403", or worse, quietly answered from an older cached reply so it just looked like she had gone vague. Now you get a plain message telling you how many credits the action costs and how many you have left, and your credit count updates right away.
Scanning a receipt you cannot afford to scan tells you that, instead of blaming the photo.
Also in this release: if a scan fails or comes back blank, you get your credits back. A blurry storefront or a faded receipt no longer costs you anything.
Thanks for using Territory Track. Got an idea or hit a snag? Tap More, then "Report a problem or idea." We read every one.
1.2.3 Aug 8
Two-step verification now works on this app.
If you had turned two-step on for your account, signing in here failed with an unhelpful error and there was no way past it. Now the app asks for your six-digit code, on both password and Google sign-in, and takes your recovery codes too.
Tapping an order notification opens that order, instead of just bringing the app to the front.
Your dashboard layout, quick actions and tab bar now follow your account. Arrange them on your iPad and your phone matches, everywhere you sign in.
Sign-in errors now tell you what actually went wrong.
Thanks for using Territory Track. Got an idea or hit a snag? Tap More, then "Report a problem or idea." We read every one.
1.2.2 Aug 5
Removed the Text action from the lead screen and from the quick actions tile.
Sending a text from the app was not actually reaching the customer. Rather than leave a button sitting there that looks like it works, it is gone until texting can be done properly, end to end.
Everything else is unchanged from 1.2.0, including the Order Writer.
Thanks for using Territory Track. Got an idea or hit a snag? Tap More, then "Report a problem or idea." We read every one.
1.2.1 Jul 29
The Order Writer, rebuilt. Write a real wholesale order from the sales floor, standing in front of the buyer, without a laptop.
• Orders that match how you actually sell. Payment terms, at-once or prebook, season, requested ship and cancel dates, and a discount on the whole order or on any single line. Everything the web order writer does, now in your hand.
• Size and colour, the way you order it. Tap an apparel style and get a proper assortment grid. Six smalls in red, twelve mediums in navy, with running totals down every row and column. Each cell becomes its own line on the purchase order.
• Stop getting orders kicked back. Territory Track now knows each product's minimum and case pack, warns you before you send, and offers a one-tap Fix to round the quantity to something the brand will accept.
• Find the SKU fast. Catalog search now runs across the whole catalog instead of only what happened to load, and products show their photo, minimum and case pack right in the list.
• Start an order from the dashboard. A new Order Writer tile puts a fresh order one tap from the home screen, along with your open drafts and what they are worth.
Fixed: a discount or a size and colour breakdown entered on the web could be lost when you opened that order on your phone. Those are kept correctly now, and your totals match everywhere you look.
Fixed: when a record was shared with you for viewing only, a note or call saved while offline could look saved and then quietly never arrive. It now tells you it was refused, and why.
Changed: "What's nearby" is now 20 credits per fresh search, up from 10. That is what the map search genuinely costs to run. Repeat searches within five minutes are still free.
Also: the Taxes hub is now Money, focused on the two questions worth asking in the field, who owes you and what you have spent. Tax estimating and the commission calculator have moved to the web, where there is room to do them properly.
Thanks for using Territory Track. Got an idea or hit a snag? Tap More, then "Report a problem or idea." We read every one.
1.2.0 Jul 22
New this release: raise invoices without leaving the field.
• Bill from anywhere. Create a commission invoice right on your phone. Pick the brand, enter the amount and rate, and it saves to the same books you see on the web, so there's no more waiting until you're back at the desk.
• Smoother route planning. The stop optimizer is more accurate, and picking your stops is cleaner with a tidy, paginated list.
• One-tap keyboard dismiss. Every search and text box now has a "Done" bar above the keyboard, and you can swipe down to close it, so the keyboard never gets stuck in your way.
• Voice debrief, fixed. Dictating a post-visit debrief works reliably again.
Plus a round of polish and fixes across the app.
Thanks for using Territory Track. Got an idea or hit a snag? Tap More, then "Report a problem or idea." We read every one.
1.1.0 Jul 18
Small fix, straight from your reports.
• Start trip, fixed. Tapping "Start trip" now begins tracking right away, every time — no more getting caught on the background-tracking prompt. Automatic Smart Drive detection was never affected; this was just the manual button.

1.0.12 Jul 17
Katie just learned the field.
• Drive mode. Tap the car icon and go hands-free — Katie speaks her answers out loud and listens for your next one. Log calls and expenses without touching the screen.
• Walk-in rundowns. Arrive at a store and your phone offers the full picture: last order, open tasks, who to ask for. Free, before you're through the door.
• Works with no signal. In a dead zone, "lunch was $18" still saves and syncs when you're back in coverage — and "what's my day look like" answers from your last sync.
• "Hey Siri, tell Katie…" Hand her a note from the road without unlocking your phone.
• Your morning briefing. A daily heads-up on overdue follow-ups and today's tasks, plus a home-screen widget you can tap to dive in.
• Free means free. Lookups and quick commands never use credits — you only spend when Katie really has to think. Your balance now sits at the top of every screen, and Katie keeps count of what her free answers have saved you.
• End the day clean. The evening wrap-up now lists follow-ups that slipped and moves them all to tomorrow in one tap.
Also in this update: your Katie conversation follows you between phone and web (rolling out), a 3-second undo after dictating, smarter scrolling while Katie types, and Nearby now tells you exactly when a search uses credits.

11 Jul 5
Meet Katie — your AI co-pilot for the field.
Ask in plain words and Katie pulls your data, logs your day, and drives the app for you.
• Talk to her hands-free: tap the mic and say "lunch was $18, follow up with Belle Boutique Friday" — she logs it and confirms what she saved.
• Answers stream in live, and the leads and tasks she finds appear as cards you can tap to open.
• Katie remembers your conversation between visits — pick up where you left off, or start fresh anytime.
• She always checks with you before doing anything that can't be undone, and your credit balance sits right under the chat.
A SMARTER SCHEDULE
• Browse any month on a full calendar, with your day's events and tasks below it.
• Tasks can now carry a time of day — and their reminders fire right on time.
• Edit or delete a task with a tap, straight from the calendar or your Today list.
ALSO IN THIS UPDATE
• Dictated messages are never dropped, and a failed send now offers one-tap Retry.
• "Tomorrow" and "Friday" now resolve in your timezone, not the server's.
• Fixes and polish throughout for a smoother day in the field.

This update is all about speed and reliability in the field.
• Big lists stay smooth — Leads, route planning, and the map no longer slow down or freeze, even with hundreds or thousands of customers.

• Receipt scanning now handles receipts with no sales tax, saving them correctly instead of failing.
• Follow-up dates and reminders now land on the correct day — no more reminders firing a day early.
• Better offline reliability — notes, expenses, and mileage you log without signal now sync correctly when you reconnect instead of being dropped.
• Smarter mileage tracking — recording keeps logging while your screen is off, and a trip you forget to end now stops on its own to save battery.
• The assistant now opens the right screen when you ask it to plan a route or set something up.
• Creating tasks is reliable again, with easier-to-read text and improved VoiceOver support throughout.
• Stability and crash fixes, including voice capture and Sign in with Google.
