New in Vitababy. • A fresh look: a new app icon, mochi on the sky when you open the app, and deep teal throughout. • Food-dex sets: fill 8 shelves and 3 label hunts, and earn a stamp for each one. • Share cards: share a great find, show how mochi has grown, or invite a friend. • Things I avoid: choose what you'd rather not eat, such as palm oil, sweeteners, seed oils or artificial colours, or add your own words. We spot them on the label, including under their other names. • Brand track record: see a brand's past recalls and safety notices from six food regulators. • Not in our data? Add the product from its label in a few taps. Missing ingredients? Snap the label and we'll add them after a check. • Not rated? See an estimated grade worked out from the label. • Something wrong? Tell us from what's inside, and we'll fix it. • Clearer when we don't know: products with no allergen data say "not on our data" instead of looking clear. • Livelier motion, fewer words and more icons throughout.

The new Vitababy. Vitababy is now a food scanner for grown-ups. Point your camera at a barcode and it scans by itself, or snap a pack or an ingredients list. See the Nutri-Score as a word, the allergens you watch for first, and a heads-up if something you scanned is recalled. Compare two or three of the same kind side by side, and collect every product as a sticker while mochi grows. Free, with no subscriptions and no ads. The baby food diary, growth charts and meal plans have been retired.

Maintenance update. • Refreshed icons and typography • Improved behind-the-scenes diagnostics, so we can find and fix issues faster • Small compatibility fixes, including correct version reporting for the share extension Your saved entries and data are unchanged.
