Finally, there’s an app that helps to teach children how to understand and manage their emotions and awareness. Very interactive, and it helps parents parent, putting mindfulness at the forefront of dealing with common experiences. I love the songs! My kids do the affirmations in the morning and we love documenting all our progress each week. Highly recommend!

I love this idea and it’s executed beautifully in this app. The daily affirmations are fun for the adults even and the music is all around awesome. I listen to it to get me pumped up and start my day with positive energy. The photo album feature is a lovely bonus to the amazing and necessary lessons. Highly recommend
