Calendar: a session everyone has declined shows in red. Lesson icons appear on sessions, and the session preview shows each group’s lesson and attendance. Any staff member can lead an event or cover a single session. Tapping a day’s number opens the day view. A single session can have its own room and colour. Attendance: tapping the active mark again clears it. Finance: you can charge a period ahead or a past period and record it as paid in one step. You can pick the payment date and change it later. Charges can be sorted by name or amount, and a period’s due date can be edited. Plans for several groups can charge per group, combined, or once. Users and groups: two-level sorting in both directions, and Groups filters (search, coach, visibility) that are kept when you go back. Member notes can be deleted. Large organisations load faster. Notifications: a redesigned panel with filters. Tapping a notification opens the page it’s about. New announcements get a count and a “New” tag. Help desk: video attachments that compress automatically, and replies that appear right away. Invite a school (owners): a link or QR code, and both schools get a month off.

What's new in 1.6.0 • Plans got a big upgrade: organise them into categories and folders, view them as cards, and set up plans that members can join themselves. • Choices: members can pick an option and pay in a single step, and staff can see who has chosen and update picks for members. • Contracts now open in full inside the app, every page included, with discount details shown. • Settings for your profile and your organisation are now in one place, with a layout that works better on phones. • Calendar: classes show their end time, and you can undo deleting a class. • Billing: add a note explaining a price or amount, and add a payment quickly from the menu. • Member notes and extra information on member profiles. • New help desk, plus many layout fixes and smaller improvements.

• You can now take attendance straight from a calendar event without leaving the calendar, or jump to that session on the attendance page. • Credit packs are now billed every period – each payment adds fresh credits, valid until the next period is due. • A child's school and date of birth are now optional. • Stability and translation improvements.
