TaiTou is a lightweight posture reminder for work, study, reading, and everyday screen time.
With supported motion-sensing earbuds, TaiTou observes your head posture and gently reminds you when you have been looking down for too long.
Start with a quick calibration in a comfortable sitting position. After that, TaiTou compares posture changes against your natural baseline instead of relying on a single fixed angle.
At the end of the day, you can review your posture feedback, including how long you spent looking down and when it happened most often.
When you take a break, try the head-controlled relaxation mini games. Use small head movements to play 2048 or Space Shooter while giving your neck and shoulders a short reset.
