Ruck is a chat-first project management app built for construction crews and field teams. Run leads, quotes, and active jobs from one mobile workspace. Everyone on the site uses the same app and talks to one shared AI about the work, so updates, decisions, and field notes land in one place instead of scattered across texts and group chats.
Open a job, send a photo, dictate a voice note, assign a task, or pull up the day's schedule. Ruck keeps the picture of each job centralized and notifies the right people when something changes.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
Projects. Track leads, quotes, and booked jobs in one pipeline. Each project carries the address, contacts, files, tasks, messages, and schedule.
Messaging. Project based chat with text, voice messages, and photos. Tag teammates, share files, and reference any job from any screen.
Tasks. Capture work the moment it comes up. Set due dates and reminders, mark items in progress or done, and see everything open on your plate.
Taskflows. Build linear step templates for the work you repeat. Apply a taskflow to a job and steps unlock in order as the crew finishes each one.
Quotes. Draft quotes from templates, send them out, and convert accepted quotes straight into booked projects.
Calendar. A unified view of project milestones and personal schedule, so you know what's happening on every site this week.
Camera. Built in capture for jobsite photos that attach directly to a project, message, or task.
People. Keep a directory of clients, subs, and crew. SMS only contacts can participate in a project without installing the app.
AI assistance. A shared AI helps summarize threads, pull tasks out of conversations, and surface what needs attention next. It assists. You stay in control.
Notifications. Push alerts for task assignments, due dates, mentions, and incoming messages, with per channel preferences you can tune.
