• Saved searches — save any search and get an alert when new matching posts appear • Notification settings — choose exactly which notifications you receive • Housing map — search a ZIP code or state to see its outline and only the listings inside it • Home — drag the timeline to choose how far back the feed goes, with both maps now in one section • Messages — see which post a chat is about, copy text, tap links, and delete several chats at once • Translated posts — switch back to the original language with one tap • Phone numbers and emails in descriptions are now tappable • The app icon badge now shows your unread notifications • A refreshed look, with loading placeholders instead of spinners • Faster message notifications and a more reliable launch

Housing, professionals, and a much faster way to post. HOUSING ON THE MAP Housing now opens straight from the Home screen. Pan the map and the listing carousel follows you, showing only what's in view. Search any address to jump there, and list your own property without leaving the map. A REBUILT POST COMPOSER Writing a post is now one screen instead of a wizard. Add photos, price, location, and tags as you go, choose whether to post as yourself or your business, and let MigrApp suggest the category from what you've written. PROFESSIONALS DIRECTORY Find attorneys, notaries, and real-estate licensees in one place. Filter by the languages they speak and the states they serve, and look up any licence in the public state registry to see exactly what it says — including when a licence has lapsed. ALSO NEW • Share an offer by link — it opens as a real web page, with a preview card in messages and social apps • Business descriptions now appear in your language • Categories are easier to scan, with full-width artwork • A cleaner, icon-only tab bar FIXES • Photo galleries size to the tallest image instead of the first one, and letterboxed photos fill with a soft blur rather than black bars • The update reminder now stays until you actually update • All five languages fit on the onboarding screen • Shorter Georgian label for the Trucks category • Category artwork loads faster and uses far less data

TWO NEW LANGUAGES MigrApp now speaks Ukrainian and Spanish, alongside English, Georgian, and Russian. That covers the whole app — including all 128 citizenship civics flashcards and the full New York DMV permit practice test. POSTS IN YOUR LANGUAGE Listings written in another language now appear in yours automatically, with a small flag showing which language the author actually wrote in. No more copying text into a translator. PROFESSIONALS DIRECTORY Find lawyers, paralegals, and translators near you — filtered by practice area, the languages they speak, and the states they serve. Professionals now show up in search results and on category screens too. COUPONS Business owners can scan a customer's QR code to redeem a coupon, or look it up by code and mark it used. Customers can see at a glance which of their coupons have already been used. HOUSING MAP Search the map by address, city, or ZIP code, and spot recently posted listings at a glance. NOTIFICATIONS A cleaner layout with swipe actions, sender avatars, a picture of what each notification is about, and an unread badge on the Messages tab. ALSO IN THIS RELEASE • Maps now open closer to where you actually live • Shipping added as a business category, with subcategory filtering on the map • Georgian text now displays in its proper font throughout the app • Fixes to saved posts, notification badges, and posts appearing twice in the feed Thank you for using MigrApp. If something isn't working, get in touch from Profile — we read everything.

• Push notifications — know right away when someone saves your post, messages you, or rates your business • Offers & Coupons — discover local deals, save your favorites, and redeem in store with a QR code • Interactive housing map — browse listings on the map and tap a pin for a quick preview • Filter your home feed directly from the search bar • Performance improvements and polish throughout the app

Find what's happening where you live. • Choose your country and state to personalize the app — the marketplace, events, and local businesses now match your area. • Many more countries to choose from, including across Europe. • State and region names are now translated in Georgian and Russian. • New "Check for Updates" in your profile, so you always know when a newer version is available. • Performance improvements and bug fixes. Notes: - Kept it benefit-first and jargon-free (no "home_state_code" / internal terms). - The location/region picker and "Check for Updates" are the genuine 1.2.0 changes, so they lead. - I did not include the civics/DMV Russian-language line here, because What's New should list what changed in this build — and I haven't confirmed whether tri-language test prep first shipped in 1.2.0 or an earlier version. If Russian civics/DMV support is new in this build, add: • DMV permit and citizenship test prep now available in Russian, alongside English and Georgian.

New: New York DMV permit practice test — free, in English and Georgian New: Private messaging between buyers and sellers on listings Improved photo viewing on listings and events Performance improvements and bug fixes
