Be aware that the initial charge is only for the trial. After that, you are automatically enrolled in a subscription-based membership for this app. That is not made clear in the ads. To the companies credit, they quickly canceled my subscription when I requested it. However, they should be more upfront about their fees.

I purchased this app after seeing its social media ads, which make it appear that you can easily customize CarPlay with all of the attractive widgets, layouts, and features they showcase. That’s simply not the experience you get.Within minutes of downloading the app, I realized that the $3.99 purchase was essentially just an entry fee. Most of the features prominently advertised require additional purchases or subscriptions that are not clearly disclosed before you buy. The marketing creates the impression that you’re purchasing the functionality shown in the ads, when in reality you’re paying just to discover that almost everything is locked behind more paywalls.I contacted customer support immediately, literally within minutes of the purchase, explained that the advertising was misleading, and requested a refund. After four separate email exchanges, they refused.I rarely leave negative reviews, but I genuinely believe this is a bait-and-switch marketing strategy. If you’re considering this app because of the social media ads, read everything very carefully before spending your money. I DO NOT recommend it at all.

I signed up for the 7-day free trial and canceled within an hour, well before any trial period would have ended. Despite this, I was charged. When I contacted support, they confirmed the charge and told me it was allowed under their terms and conditions, then refused to reverse it.Buying through the App Store is supposed to mean Apple backs what's here. Apps like this who prey on our trust are directly making Apple look bad. I’m reporting this to Apple right now in hopes they remove to prevent more people from getting scammed. TL;DR - If you cancel a "free" trial, be prepared to get charged anyway.

While the app looks cool, the advertising never once shows it as a subscription service, so you think you’re paying until suddenly you have to pay more to access most of the content. I was never once able to even get it to work on my CarPlay in my Toyota Tacoma and now suddenly they’re trying to hit me with a $40 charge again; I think not! Beware! I would not recommend this app to my worst enemy, especially since they do not make it easy to cancel
