Masala Health keeps your health record on your iPhone and helps you get more out of it: understand your numbers, prepare for appointments, and share a summary with your own doctor or AI assistant when you choose.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Bring your records in. Connect an Epic MyChart account, connect Apple Health, or import files from your clinic. Connected records refresh when you open the app, and a status card shows when they last synced.
• See your Heart Age. An estimate of your cardiovascular age based on your own numbers, with the factors that move it. It is for a conversation with your clinician, not a diagnosis.
• Understand each lab. Track results over time against published reference ranges, with plain-language notes on why a marker matters and what can move it. Every note links to its sources, and each source shows an evidence grade.
• Go into appointments prepared. Get a checklist of questions worth raising, based on your labs and screening guidelines. Copy it or share it.
• Copy for AI. Make a private text summary of your record to paste into an AI assistant such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini, to prepare questions for your doctor. Your name, date of birth, and provider names are left out unless you turn them on. Nothing is sent unless you copy or share it.
• Ask. Ask plain-language questions about your own results. Ask is for education only. Text is redacted on your device first, and you confirm before anything is sent.
• Log workouts. Record sets, reps, and weight, use the rest timer, and log from your Apple Watch.
• Keep a family member's record too. Each person's information is kept separate.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No account. Your records are stored on your iPhone, not on our servers.
• Health data is never used for advertising and never sold.
• Reference ranges and targets come from named published guidelines (AHA/ACC, ADA, NLA, KDIGO, WHO and others), listed in Settings under Sources & medical references.

Ratings & Reviews
You can now optionally sign up for occasional health tips and product updates after setup or from Settings. A separate two-question survey lets you help improve Masala Health without sharing your email, health records or app identifiers. Both are optional. We’ve updated our privacy notice to explain these choices.
This update also brings a simpler Ask experience with clearer context controls and a preview before sending, an optional About me brief stored on your device, and a quiet Today briefing for recent sleep observations and saved upcoming visits.
