Your walk, your thoughts, your reflection. Luminary helps you check in with yourself, capture what's on your mind, and grow through every step.
Luminary turns your everyday walks into meaningful moments of reflection.
Before you head out, take a moment to check in with yourself. A gentle, glowing candle responds to how you're feeling, helping you visualize your mood before your walk begins.
While you walk, Luminary quietly tracks your steps and time in the background, so you can stay present and simply enjoy the moment. Whenever a thought crosses your mind, jot it down with a quick note, then keep walking.
When you're done, check in with yourself again. See how your mood shifted from before to after your walk, side by side, with two glowing candles that tell the story of your journey.
Then take time to reflect. Write freely about your thoughts, or work through three guided questions designed to help you process your day, recognize small steps forward, and carry insights with you.
Every walk is saved to your personal history, where you can revisit your sessions, filter by day, week, or month, and look back on your reflections over time. Each session shows your walking time, step count, and number of notes, giving you a simple snapshot of your day.
Features:
- Mood check-in before and after each walk, visualized through an animated candle
- Background step and time tracking during your walk
- Quick notes you can capture mid-walk without breaking your stride
- Mood comparison view showing how you felt before and after
- Free writing or guided reflection prompts after every session
- Session history with filtering by time period
- iCloud sync so your reflections are available across your devices
Luminary isn't about hitting fitness goals. It's about creating space to notice how you feel, process your thoughts, and build a simple, sustainable habit of self-reflection, one walk at a time.
