Breathing activities now start when you tap Begin and remember your pace. Bubbles visibly give way as you touch them, Sand & Water answers right away, Petal Bloom opens while you hold it, and Nearby Colors adds light and dark, shapes, and sound and touch. New: For this moment — choose what you want to do and get a few fitting activities. With Less motion on, bubbles change without the animation and sand traces stay sharp.

An optional 4-7-8 breathing activity adds a choice of pace and a four-round session. You can pause or stop at any time. Petal Bloom now opens and closes as a whole flower.

• Bubble Pop now shows a calm field of bubbles that fills itself back up tap one or a few, stop anytime. • Sand & Water now has a larger tracing surface; you can also switch to large points. • Small wording refinements in German and English.

More choice inside the activities: pick a breathing pace, use a shorter 3-2-1 version of 5-4-3-2-1, and stop whenever it fits. Wording, labels, and screen-reader support were revised throughout. The UI is available in English and German.

A few small, calm improvements: • Sand & Water: choose how long your lines stay before they fade — Shorter, Medium, or Longer. • A quieter, one-line welcome on the home screen. • Minor fixes and polish. No account, no tracking. Your settings stay on your device.
