MineFlo runs mining maintenance and shutdowns from the field. Every work order, operation, crew, permit and handover sits in one app, and it keeps working when you lose signal.
Supervisors, planners and crews use MineFlo to plan the work, get it done and close it out, so nothing falls through the cracks between shifts.
WORK ORDERS
- A board grouped by plant area, with a live satellite preview of each location
- Full detail on every work order: operations checklist, labour hours, tags, permits, JHAs and attached documents
- Tap to update an operation. It saves straight away and syncs to the whole team
BUILT FOR THE PIT
- Works offline. View work orders, schedules and registers with no signal, and your status changes and photos sync on their own once you are back in coverage
- Snap photos that are geotagged automatically and attach them to the work order activity feed
- A site map with satellite imagery, colour-coded zones and labelled work order pins
SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE
- Bundle work orders under a JHA or Permit to Work and track what is covered
- Scan paperwork with your camera and match it to the right work order
- Shift handovers that record work done, priorities, safety notes and open issues
RUN THE SHIFT
- A morning dashboard with progress, blockers, alerts and the next seven days
- A schedule with team assignments across the whole job
- Registers for crew, teams, radios, vehicles and equipment
MANY SITES, ONE ACCOUNT
- Move between companies, sites and jobs from a single login
- Progress rollups by area, with labour hours, percent complete and blocked work
- Shares the same live data as the MineFlo web platform at mineflo.io
MineFlo needs a MineFlo account. New teams can start a free trial at mineflo.io.
