Reception has a Housekeeping tab: see every room's condition for today or tomorrow, change it and assign a housekeeper. Every check-in now ends with the guest reading and accepting the digital registration card on your phone or tablet, in their own language. You can also scan a guest's passport, check the details and hand the device over. Housekeeping. Mark a room as Do not disturb or guest refused service, with a reason and photos. A finished room is no longer lost when a photo or video fails to upload. Supervisors. A new role with the housekeeping and engineering boards, auto-assign, history and rota planning. Lost & found. Anyone on the team can report an item a guest left behind, with photos, the room, the floor and where it was found, and see their own reports. It works offline. Several properties. If you work at more than one, switch between them in Settings. Everywhere. The app now runs on iPad. Back and swipe-back go back one step at a time. Log out and Switch hotel respond to a single tap. Fixed a problem that could make the app slow and the phone warm after signing in, and screens stuck on loading or "Offline". Notifications about new rooms and work orders now come straight from Apple. If notifications were turned off for the app, switch them on in the phone's Settings, or sign in again once so the app can ask.

Lost & found: report an item a guest left behind, with photos, room and place, and see your reports. Works offline. Check in with passport: scan each guest's passport at the front desk, then hand the device over to accept the registration card. Back and swipe-back go back one step at a time, and signing out clears the previous user. Lists no longer show blank rows after a pull to refresh.

Fixed: a finished room is no longer lost when a photo or video fails to upload. It is kept so you can send it again.

This update contains small internal improvements. Nothing changes in how you use the app.

Working without a signal is now reliable. Rooms you finish offline are saved on the device and sent automatically once you are back online, and are marked "Not synced" until they are. Room details open without a connection instead of showing an error, and submitting a room twice no longer creates a duplicate. Reported issues, work orders and photos are saved the same way — you get a confirmation instead of being asked to retry. Signing out warns you if unsent work is still on the device.

One app now works for every hotel. • On first launch, enter your hotel code to connect to the right property. • The login screen shows your hotel name after the code is accepted. • Switch hotel from the login screen or Settings if you work at more than one property (you will sign in again). • Clearer messages when a code is wrong, the hotel is not set up yet, or the network is down.

Your cleaning work now reaches the office. • Marking a room ready for inspection now sends the full session — which checklist steps you ticked and when, plus pauses and worked time — so supervisors can review a completed clean. • An issue you report from a room is now linked to that room's cleaning. • Actions that couldn't be sent are no longer lost; they go out with your next completed room.
