Added support for group change history. Now when your group (or your MX partner group) changes you make the change it in settings as normal but the past dates will reflect your and your old and old mx partner group number. This was a feature request from "AO" thanks for the feedback and keep it coming. Also added holidays in week view and prevented top day pills from blocking the text on holidays.
