Fixes and polish after 2.4. • New: titles with awards show a gold trophy next to them • Wrapped: the first year now counts your older watches correctly • Trailers: the rating you just gave stays editable • The Friends tab reloads after you sign in • Sharing your profile now sends the right link • Instagram tip: "Connect" takes you straight to the Settings page • The feedback survey no longer gets hidden behind the keyboard • Settings is split into clearer sub-pages

Send a reel to @pickpile.app on Instagram and the film lands on your Watchlist. Match Night deals from everyone's watchlist, turn the phone sideways for fullscreen trailers, and your reviews can go out as a card. • New: send a reel to @pickpile.app as an Instagram DM, or tag @pickpile.app in a comment under one. The film lands on your Watchlist in the background and you get a notification • New: Settings, Instagram connects your Instagram account, one connection for DMs and comments. Pickpile answers right under your comment • New: the activity list shows the films that arrived through Instagram, and a tap opens the film • Pickpile now asks once where you found it. You can skip it • Match Night: the deck is now built from every player's watchlist, not just the host's. The lobby says how many it came from • Match Night: running time on the swipe cards, in the results and on tonight's pick • Match Night: a back button that undoes as many cards as you like, back to the start of your turn • Match Night: changing a filter no longer shrinks the deck back to the host's own list • Trailers: turn the phone sideways to go fullscreen, in the trailer feed, in the duel and in Match Night • New: share a review as a card. From the feed, your profile, the film page or the comments, for your own reviews • Fixed: the share sheet was missing "Save Image" when you shared a card • Intro: optional chapters for the rest of the app (Match Night, series, friends' takes, the library import, collections), and they sit in Settings whenever you want them • Intro: the screenshots in it are now in your language • Crash reports and session recordings are part of what Pickpile may collect, if you said yes. The consent sheet now names both and spells out what stays blacked out: your messages and your email address • Friend requests: press and hold the notification to accept or decline right there. The app stays closed, even from the lock screen • Match Night: an invite in your inbox now opens the round. Tapping it did nothing before when the invite came from the lobby • The Social tab now shows what is waiting for you there before you create an account • Fixed: the Trailers tab could stay black when the feed failed to load. It now shows a retry button

Home Screen widgets, your film year in numbers, and the whole app now follows your text size. • New: widgets in every size. Your watchlist, what to watch next, and trailers straight on your Home Screen • New: Wrapped. Your film year as a recap you can share • Every screen now follows the text size from iOS Settings, right up through the large accessibility steps • New: a public ideas board. Suggest what you want and vote on other people's ideas • Friends: the tab counts pending requests, requests are tappable, and messages can be marked all read at once • Trailers: rating no longer throws you out of the card, 2x speed releases properly again, and "Already seen" rates a title on the spot • Watchlist: the title and the filter now share one row instead of an empty navigation bar • Match Night: code entry moved inside Match Night, invites sit behind the plus button • Pickpile now asks once whether it may send usage data. Nothing is collected without your yes, and you can change your mind in Settings at any time • Fixed: the 20:15 reminder arrived twice • Fixed: the friends feed now updates the moment a friendship changes

Pickpile now speaks nine languages. Every screen, every notification and every permission prompt is now available in English, German, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), French, Russian, Italian, Dutch and Turkish. The app follows your iPhone's language on its own — there is nothing to set. • Synopses, genres and cast come through in your language too, falling back to English where a title has no translation • Push notifications arrive in the language you read the app in, not the one your phone happens to be set to • Comment notifications were always English, whatever your settings said. Fixed • The streaming country list is named in your language • The filter for abusive comments and reviews now covers all nine languages

Bug fixes and improvements.

Version 2.0 is the biggest update since launch: films you swipe over together, collections, a feed worth scrolling, and recognition that finally reads the whole post. MATCH NIGHT Pick tonight’s film with the people on the couch. Start a round, share the six-digit code, and everyone swipes the same deck. Filter it to films, series or a handful of genres first, play the trailer on the card, and when everyone swipes right on the same title, that’s the pick. Only one phone in the room? Pass it around; any number of players works. COLLECTIONS Group your saved titles into date-night picks, a horror marathon, best of the year. Choose the cover, reorder by hand, and file a title straight from the share sheet as it arrives. Keep a collection private or let friends see it on your profile. Collections sync across your devices. EXPLORE A new tab that learns from what you save. Full-screen trailers with play, scrub, 10-second skips and a mute you control, autoplay you can limit to Wi-Fi, and a line on every card telling you why it showed up: because you liked something, because a friend rated it, because it’s trending. Long-press to file it, swipe to move on. BETTER RECOGNITION Pickpile now watches the video on every post it receives instead of only when the cover frame comes up empty, and it ranks what it finds: caption first, then on-screen text, then the comments. Reels that never name the film in the caption now land in your watchlist anyway. MESSAGES Direct messages and group chats of up to 32 friends. Attach a film from your watchlist, send a take, or drop a Match Night invite into the chat. PROFILE Settings moved into a real profile: your handle, photo and bio, your reviews, your library stats, your collections, and what you’re currently watching. SERIES Season selector, per-season watched counts, next-episode dates and renewal status, plus an optional evening reminder when a series you follow airs tonight. ALSO NEW • “In cinemas” badge for titles still on the big screen • Save and unsave from anywhere in Explore and search, with an undo • Search for people from the same search bar • Links now use pickpile.app, so film links you share show a proper preview FIXES • Match Night rounds create and submit reliably; genre filters show what you picked • Your own collections and library stats show up on your profile again • Discarded a title by mistake? “Save it after all” puts it straight back AND MORE!

• Pickpile now speaks German — set your device to German and the whole app, including the share sheet, follows. • New, more native home screen with a large title that cleanly scrolls away. • Polished design and smoother navigation throughout, with extra shine on iOS 26. • Minor fixes and improvements.
