Callers hear your own voice and answer your questions. See each caller's answers, ZIP and recording the moment the lead arrives, and get alerted when it's an emergency.
CallAnswer is the companion app for the CallAnswer voicemail service for contractors.
You record your own greeting and questions on the website. When you miss a call, the caller hears you, answers by keypad or voice, and you get a lead that is already sorted. This app shows you the result and lets you step in.
A CallAnswer account is required. Sign up at callanswer.net; the app does not sell anything and has no purchases.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• See every lead the moment it arrives, with urgent ones flagged
• See each caller's answers: the keys they pressed, their ZIP code, and the verdict (qualified, emergency, outside your area, hung up part-way)
• Open a link to listen to the caller's own recorded answer
• Browse and filter leads by New, Contacted, Booked or Won
• Change a lead's status: New, Contacted, Qualified, Booked, Won or Lost
• Call, text or email the customer with one tap
• See your appointments and mark one complete
• Get push notifications for new leads
• Delete your account from Settings
Your greeting, questions, service area, business hours, billing and call forwarding are managed on the web dashboard at callanswer.net, not in the app.
Ratings & Reviews

• On the lead screen, the status buttons wrap onto a second line on smaller iPhones, so Won and Lost are always in view
• A lead's text conversation reads in the order the messages were sent
• The Sign In screen has a Try the reviewer demo button that opens a sample business with no credentials
