YOUR WORK, IN ONE PLACE Open your company workspace, see assigned tasks and record progress from the job site. Connect your work to the correct branch and send reports to your team for review. PHOTO REPORTS WITH CONTEXT Capture work photos and add written notes. Use optional voice and AI-assisted note tools where available. Document completed tasks, flag an issue or record an extra job without mixing these up with a proposed estimate. COST ESTIMATES ON SITE Create estimates with customer details, line items, quantities, unit prices, currency and tax. Review a clear total before submitting. Save an estimate draft and return to it later. OPTIONAL CUSTOMER SIGNATURES Collect a finger-drawn signature with the signer's name and explicit consent. Signing is available for estimates and task, issue and extra-job reports. Changing signed content requires a new signature. DRAFTS AND FOLLOW-UP Keep report drafts for later submission and retry when a connection returns. Submitted reports and estimates reach your company's Po-Ko workspace, where authorized managers can review them and export PDFs, including signatures when provided. COMPANY ACCESS REQUIRED Po-Ko Worker is the field app for teams using Po-Ko. You need access to an existing company workspace, provided by your administrator. Available tasks and records depend on your company and permissions. Server submission and online features require an internet connection.
