Kinnwell Family keeps you close to the people who matter most.
When a loved one lives in a senior living or care community, staying informed shouldn't be hard. Kinnwell Family gives invited family members a private, secure connection to their resident's community — so you always know how they're doing.
What you can do with Kinnwell Family:
• Stay updated — Receive timely updates from the care team about your loved one's day.
• See the moments — Get photos and highlights shared by the community.
• Message securely — Communicate privately with the people involved in your family member's care.
• One trusted place — Everything in a single, easy-to-use, secure app.
Built for families, by invitation.
Kinnwell Family is available only to family members who have been invited by their loved one's care community. There is no public sign-up — your access is set up by the community, keeping every connection private and verified.
Privacy and security first.
Your family's information is sensitive, and we treat it that way. Access is limited to invited members, and your data stays protected.
Questions about access? Please contact your loved one's care community directly.
