• New: tap "See how it works" to watch the clean-up on a sample drawing — no upload needed. • A gentler, personalised reminder to add your first masterpiece, and we now ask about notifications only after you've seen the app in action.

This update focuses on protecting your photos and helping you get started faster. Photos of people are now recognized and kept exactly as you took them — never sent to AI for a redraw. If you'd like, you can choose to turn a photo into a hand-drawn pencil portrait instead. Your gallery now greets you by your children's names, making it easier to add that important first masterpiece. Notification permission is now requested at a more helpful moment, so you can choose to be notified when a new masterpiece is ready and when family reacts. Clearer guidance when capturing a 3D creation: photograph it on a plain, uncluttered surface in good light for the best result. Thanks for using The Fridge Gallery.

What's new in 1.0.5 The big one is the new first-run setup. Sign in with a fresh account and you'll be asked to add your little artists — name, optional birth year, optional photo — before you reach the gallery. Add one or two, then snap a first piece and check it lands under the right artist. Also worth a look: • Adding another artist later, from the studio • Sign-in via email, Google and Apple • Sharing a piece to someone outside the app • The 3D gallery and flip-book

Small fixes to keep the magic smooth: • The artwork reveal no longer gets stuck on slow connections, and works properly after rotating your iPad • 3D keepsakes: if a sculpture can't be built, we say so straight away — and you keep your credit • Smoother scrolling in the studio while new pieces are being polished

A big update — your child's 3D creations come to life, and the whole gallery got faster and lovelier to visit. 3D SCULPTURES Kids' art isn't flat, and now their gallery isn't either. Photograph a clay model, Lego build or paper creation from every angle, and we'll turn it into a keepsake you can spin with your finger, right in the app. Want the full effect? Tap "Generate a 3D model" and we'll sculpt a true walk-around version that stands and slowly rotates on its own plinth in your 3D gallery — for the whole family to explore. BOTH SIDES OF THE STORY So many masterpieces have a name, a date, or a secret note on the back. Now you can photograph the back of any artwork and keep it alongside the front — the whole memory, not half of it. FASTER, SMOOTHER, CLEARER • A quicker, silkier 3D gallery on every device, including older phones • Sharper artwork and photos across the board • Layout fixes for iPad and larger screens • A cleaner, easier-to-read gallery YOURS, ALWAYS Manage your account and privacy right inside the app, and export everything — free, forever — whenever you like. From the fridge door, to forever. Thank you for trusting us with your family's masterpieces — we read every piece of feedback, so keep it coming.
