Buyer Agreements, Done Right
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Threshold is the fastest way for real estate agents to complete, sign, and deliver state-mandated buyer representation agreements — right from their phone, at the table or on the go.
Fill out your state's form, collect buyer and agent signatures on-screen, and automatically generate a completed PDF that's emailed to everyone instantly. No printing, no scanning, no fax.
Supported forms:
• Colorado — BC-60 Exclusive Right-to-Buy Contract
• Louisiana — Exclusive Buyer Representation Agreement
• Oklahoma — OREC Buyer Broker Agreement
• Wisconsin — WRA Buyer Agency Agreement
How it works:
Enter your brokerage info once in your profile
Fill in buyer details and agreement terms
Collect signatures in-person on your device
A completed PDF is generated and emailed automatically
Built for agents, not accountants
Threshold skips the spreadsheets and feature bloat. Every screen is optimized for getting a buyer signed and moving — in under two minutes.
Your first 2 agreements are free. Threshold Pro unlocks unlimited agreements for $4.99/month. Cancel anytime.
