• A new Schedule: My Schedule, Open and Trades sit side by side, with Day and Week views, page by week or month, and your shifts as cards. A shift you posted or offered to someone shows in yellow until it's settled, and you can take it back off the trade board. • Give a shift to a teammate, or swap with one: open the shift and pick who. They accept, then your manager approves. It works on a shift you already posted, and on a teammate's shift you can offer one of yours in exchange. • Open shifts now include shifts your role can also fill at your facility. • Trades are also under the bell: every open shift you could pick up, plus your own posts. • Can't work a shift? The shift page now asks you to contact your facility supervisor and follow facility policy, instead of a call-out button. • If a manager records you as called out, the shift says so — and if you actually worked it, tap "I worked this shift" or "This isn't right" to dispute it. The Time Clock now explains when a clock-in is refused. • Who's working lists every clinician booked on a shift. • Staff can start a group chat from New Message, and the name field sits at the top. • Reading a message clears it from your inbox and the bell right away. • Android phones now receive push notifications. After you sign in, the app asks once whether to allow notifications so shift changes, pickups and messages reach you. • A notice that a shift of yours changed or was removed now opens that day. • Settings › Location & tracking is one On / Off switch. Clock in needs your phone's location on; the Time Clock says what to turn on. Clock out and breaks don't change. • Shift drive tracking: reminders are scheduled even when the app is closed, signing out ends every recording, and each location fix is uploaded once. The drive tracking screen now lists your phone's battery level among what's recorded and says records are kept 2 years. • Signing out on a shared phone can no longer sign out the next person. • Finishing setup after an invitation: if your email isn't confirmed yet, the app says so and lets you confirm it. • Managers: a reason is optional when you change a shift's times; the call-out sheet says what happened ("Called out — they called in" or "Released by the facility"), and a call-out can be reversed. A call-out can't be recorded over hours someone actually worked. • Managers: a seat filled by an outside clinician shows their name and counts as filled. Approving a give from Needs you no longer freezes the Inbox.

• A new layout built around your day. Five tabs: Schedule, Time Off, Time Clock, Messages and Settings. Your requests now live under the bell, and your profile opens from your picture. • Schedule opens on a month calendar. Tap any day to see your shift, who's working, open shifts you can pick up and any events. Open shifts are marked in blue; anything waiting on your manager in orange. • Pick up just part of a shift: ask for some of the hours on an open shift, or on a shift a teammate has posted. Your teammate answers first, then your manager approves and the shift splits. • Requests: when someone posts a shift, the person holding it is asked first; picking up a posted seat is one tap; passing on a request asks you to confirm. • Time Off has its own tab: a calendar of your time off, everything coming up in date order, and one button to ask for more. Request part of a day, change the dates on a multi-day request, cancel approved time off or withdraw a request — right from the day you're looking at. • Time Clock is just the clock: where you stand, the dial, and a time card with daily totals. Tap a shift on the time card to replay your day on a map. • Photos: add a profile picture, and send a photo in a conversation. • A refreshed welcome tour. • Managers: a new Today screen — who's on now, next and later, and what needs your attention this week — plus a week view of the schedule. Tap anyone to see their details and call or text them. • Managers: edit a shift in place — split it, swap people, add a trainee, cut it short or change its times. Record a call-out, a called-off shift or a no-call-no-show, and reassign from Recommended, Available or All staff. Adding a trainer and swapping across days arrive as your facility turns them on. • Managers: filling a seat from your own team closes any outside post for that seat automatically. • Managers: filter the Schedule tab by name, role or shift time, and the list rolls up to just the people who match. • Managers: approve or decline time off day by day (with a note of what it took people off), confirmations before seating someone over their time off, and a calendar of who's off. • Managers who run one department: the availability board follows the facility's collection window and counts only your department; a refusal now says what it means instead of a code. • Managers: a shift that accepts an alternate role keeps it when you edit it, and staff see those seats as open shifts they can pick up. A cancelled outside post no longer reads as posted.

• Approved time off no longer stands between you and a shift you want. Picking up an open shift, taking one over, trading or splitting now shows a heads-up and asks you to confirm instead of stopping you — and your time off stays on file either way. (Swapping is still held back until your manager reviews it.) • A shift that overlaps one you already hold now tells you so before you claim it, on the last two screens that were missing the check — the flex "if or" cards and the split sheet. • Seats a facility has closed no longer appear as open shifts, and if you land on one from a link the screen says the facility closed it rather than failing. • For managers: an approval card now tells you whether the current holder accepted, was asked and never answered, or has already left the seat — three states instead of a badge that only ever appeared on a yes. • Requests from someone on approved time off carry an "On approved time off" note, on the card and in the detail sheet. It is information, not a block: you decide. • Scheduling someone who is on approved time off now asks whether to leave the seat open or schedule them anyway, instead of showing a server message. Refusals on the schedule screen read like sentences generally.

• My schedule is one continuous agenda — scroll through your days instead of picking one at a time. The week pill only shows a total it can stand behind. • Browse open shifts as a day-by-day board: open shifts first, shifts up for grabs below. • Shift notes: read the note attached to a seat, right on the phone. • Need a shift covered? Share a call-out with teammates, or offer half of a split shift to several people at once — a group chat opens with the shift pinned. • A teammate you ask to take over or split a shift now accepts or declines before your manager sees the request. The Requests tab shows call-outs, incoming asks, and pending time off, and History is clearer. • Time off: a heads-up before you file a short-notice request. • Units: every seat shows its unit, and the app tells you when a shift is outside yours. • Time Clock: after you arrive, the app briefly confirms you're still on site so a quiet phone doesn't cost you hours you worked, and auto clock-out messages now say what actually happened. Optional shift-drive tracking — off unless you turn it on, and only where your facility offers it — records your drive during your shift window so drive time is paid. • Where your facility has installed one, tap the door tag to record your arrival. • Terms and Privacy are now under Settings. • For managers: you see your own departments by default, with department-scoped Insights and coverage; the seat sheet shows the shift note; "Offer to staff" for a single open seat; and a warning before withdrawing an offer that has pending requests. • A launch-crash fix, sign-in fixes, and polish.

• Light mode is here. The app now follows your phone's appearance, and you can pick System, Light, or Dark under Settings → Account → Appearance. • A refreshed look: new colors and icons throughout the app. • Week hours at a glance: the week pill on the Schedule tab now shows your total scheduled hours for the week — and your cap, when your workplace sets one. Tap it for the breakdown. • Ask several teammates at once: when you need a shift covered, pick up to 10 teammates and the app opens a group chat with the shift pinned. Picking a single teammate still sends them a direct swap offer. • Text messages: if you turned texts off, your verified number stays on file and one tap turns them back on. Changing your number no longer switches texts off first. • For managers: the Staff tab loads your roster again (it could come up empty before), and the roster now shows each person's last and next scheduled shift and approved upcoming time off, with one-tap call, text, or copy for their number. • Sign-in fix for accounts that use Nursa single sign-on. • Small fixes and polish.

• Open shifts now show right on your schedule — on the days and times you're free — so you can pick one up from the day view instead of hunting through the open-shifts list. Look for the blue dot on the week strip and calendar. • Activate your account with just your phone number — if your workplace invites you by text, enter your number, get a 6-digit code, and you're in. You'll add an email during setup so your account stays recoverable. • Clearer verification-code screens: they now say exactly where your code went and how long it lasts, for both email and text codes. • Phone sign-in explains what went wrong — no more generic errors when a number has no account yet. • Notification setup during onboarding now takes effect right away. • Small fixes and polish.
