This is such an amazing concept. I love the idea of this app and all that it provides.

The one thing that is holding Nursa from being great is the app itself. The app is so hard to work with all its glitches. When trying to find specific shifts, specific cities, states and licenses the app doesn’t respond to any of the chosen topics. I have to exit and restart the app at least once each day. If they could just invest in the app and the particular glitches, they would have a 5 star review.

They’re support team is AMAZING. You call and there’s always someone available and ready to help. I really appreciate that.

This app is a wonderful idea, and I love the simplicity of working, once you are actually able to schedule a shift. Unfortunately, scheduling shifts is a huge pain, and the actual app is designed very poorly. There are a number of glitches, and probably 1 in 5 times I just have to restart the app all together to get it to work.

Now for my biggest complaint: most of the glitches aren’t a big deal, but where things get frustrating is when you are trying to find specific facilities you want to work at. The app’s filter system is horrible, and it can be really hard to find a shift in the city you want. For instance, if I want to find a shift in a specific city, you can’t do that. You have to either be in that city currently and set the search radius accordingly, or you have to search for the city and select every single facility in that city to search for what shifts are available. This wouldn’t be a big deal, except they list all kinds of facilities, even if they don’t currently have any shifts available. So for instance, you can spend all kinds of time manually selecting 100 different facilities in a given city, only for not a single job to show up. This can be extremely frustrating at times, and I wish they would add a more simple option to see all AVAILABLE shifts in a given city, rather than having to use your actual location or manually search by facility.

I wanted to trust and love this app how ever it has so many glitches! From saying you need to add your license every time you log in when you already have, to the app double booking you than banning you for 8 days for “canceling” a shift that you never cancel because you were double book by the app when it’s supposed to cancel any other shifts once your approved with the same time frame and let’s not forget the app always login you out. I’m a single mom and not I have to figure out how to make up for the days I was banned to feed my son. This is so disappointing! It’s ridiculous that your ban for 8 days or 2 weeks if you cancel a shift things happen! I get that it’s important to show up for to be banned for days! This is ridiculous! I bet anything facilities don’t have consequences when they cancel last minute! The way they treat our health care workers needs to stop!

Hello! Thank you for your feedback, it helps how we move forward to support patients, nurses, and facilities. If you are double booked, please call in and we can get this sorted, the app should not be allowing you to have overlapped shifts. If this is the case, your ban would be lifted.
