– NURSES LOVE US –
We believe creating a flexible, supportive environment where nurses can thrive at work and in life is the key to delivering the best care possible. But don’t take it from us, hear it directly from our nurses:
I enjoy the flexibility to travel across different hospitals while advancing my skills and earning great income.
-Monique, RN
The culture of the company is amazing. Everyone is so supportive and conveys such appreciation for what we do as nurses. I love the love!
-Anne, RN
My path with connectRN is rewarding. It allows me to go to many different facilities to not only do bedside, but run the facility as the nurse Supervisor. The rewards are amazing!

I quit working full time to do multiple prn agencies instead and connectRN is my primary company that I pick up shifts with right now. I’ve been with them for 2 months now and so far it’s been a great company to work for. It’s so convenient to just go on there and pick shifts and be able to work exactly when you want to. The pay is good, there are agencies that pay even more but either way connectRN still pays way more than most of the actual nursing homes in my area. I’ve never missed a paycheck like others have stated (knock on wood). I will be using my STATcash card soon so I hope everything goes well with that. Whenever I contact them, they don’t respond immediately BUT they always do respond in atleast 24 hours and they have called me a couple times before too and I was surprised so I don’t think their communication is that bad. Also, I’ve called out a shift just a couple times and there were no issues. I feel like as long as you call out WELL in advance(i think their policy is 8 hours before the shift but I like to do so 2 or 3 days before) and don’t make it a habit then you should be good. My main hope is that they expand even more and get more contracts with more facilities because I like to have a lot of options and sometimes it’s just the same 3 facilities in my area that are available.
Benefits of ConnectRN
Shamia W.
I was working full time at facilities and getting paid bare minimum for all the hard work that I was doing. Because being a GNA isn’t easy at all. Then I came across CRN and it has been one of the best decisions I have made yet. I have a more flexible schedule, and way better pay. I’m able to take on all the tasks in my life without feeling overwhelmed and frustrated because all my time is taken up at a job. I’m a wife and mother of 5 young children and now I have time for it all. Also with the pay I receive now I feel way more appreciated!! If you want better pay and more flexibility CRN is the route to take.

It’s extremely disappointing to see the standards that ConnectRN sets for nurses contrasted with the lack of professionalism shown in their own operations. After submitting all of the required documentation to the Waltham office, there has been no follow-up or acknowledgment. My onboarding documents have been pending review for more than ten days, and all attempts to reach the company — through the in-app system, email, or phone — have gone unanswered. The Better Business Bureau currently lists ConnectRN with an “F” rating and multiple unresolved complaints, including at least one expressing concern about the handling of sensitive personal information — concerns that mirror my own experience. Public reviews on Google reflect similar patterns of non-responsiveness and poor communication. If the company cannot manage basic onboarding processes or respond to staff inquiries in a timely and professional manner, it raises serious concerns about its overall reliability and the security of sensitive nurse data.As healthcare professionals, we are held to the highest standards of accountability and responsiveness. It would be reassuring to see ConnectRN demonstrate the same level of professionalism and care that it expects from the nurses it employs.

Cons: Don’t waste your time. Home health clinicians do not get compensated on a daily basis. If that branch fails to submit your time then you as the clinician have to wait until the next pay period to receive pay. They factor in your bonuses within the point system hourly rate and won’t tell you until afterwards. Bonuses don’t reflect separately on your paycheck stub. There is no overtime so if you work more than 6 points per day, you won’t get compensated nor a thank you! Customer service and IT takes forever to correct required information, causing delays in workflow and patient care. Management are not clinician themselves nor have a nursing degree.Pros: The actually branch offices are nice. The patients are so sweet.Con: Again, do not invest your time into this agency. You’re better off working with the branches directly. ConnectRN does not care about their clinicians just the amount of money that they can make off of you.
