Rue is a period tracker built for cycles that don't follow the rules.
Log your period, symptoms, sleep, mood, and medications in one place. Rue learns your patterns over time and gets better at predicting what's coming, even when your cycle is long, short, or all over the place.

Built with privacy in mind. Your data syncs privately through iCloud. Rue never collects any of your data.

Ratings & Reviews
- Age-aware guidance. Set birth year in settings. Cycle predictions and phase descriptions now tailored to your age group, with guidance from ACOG, NHS, and official medical sources.
- Edit or remove past periods. Calendar shows explicit edit button on any logged period. Clean up imports from Apple Health or fix mis-logged entries without paywall. Delete also cleans up Apple Health data Rue wrote for that period.
- Backdate periods. Log a period from any date in the past, with optional end date. Useful when catching up on logged data or importing from Health.
- Import from Apple Health. Settings → notifications & health → import history. Automatically deduplicates against existing entries.
- Other small bug fixes to keep everything running smoothly!
