A contemplative companion for a noisy life. Pause, reflect, and find your gentle path to wholeness and harmony with the wisdom of the Gene Keys.
Created by bestselling author Richard Rudd, the Gene Keys is a contemplative system that has evolved over two decades and is now used by over 100,000 people around the world as a practical pathway to self-understanding.
Rather than offering quick answers, the Gene Keys invites you into a deeper conversation with yourself. Through contemplation, you begin to recognize the patterns that shape your life, your relationships, your work, and your sense of purpose. Over time, what once felt like an obstacle can reveal itself as a hidden gift.
Most apps want your attention. This one returns it to you. The Gene Keys app weaves together three practices — a daily contemplative pause, a living oracle for the questions you're carrying, and a guided journey into the architecture of your own life.
UNDERSTAND YOURSELF DIFFERENTLY
Your Gene Keys Profile is free to create. Enter your birth date, time and location to generate your personalised map of the challenges and gifts woven through your life. This isn’t a personality test or a new type of star sign. Your profile is a contemplative map revealing the patterns that shape how you think, love, struggle and grow. It is your compass for self-discovery.
EXPLORE YOUR RELATIONSHIPS WITH CODES OF CHEMISTRY
See the chemistry between you and the people in your life across every dimension of connection — emotional, mental, sexual, soul and creative. Discover the unique geometry of each relationship, meet the shadows that test it, and uncover the gifts and ecstatic depths hidden within.
WALK THE GOLDEN PATH
The Golden Path is the heart of the Gene Keys teachings. Experience your unique profile through three interconnected journeys of Purpose, Love and Prosperity. Step by step, at your own pace, you will discover the keys to a life of meaning, fulfilment and flow, supported by wisdom teachings and guided meditations along the way.
CONSULT THE SAGE
The Sage is a modern oracle rooted in timeless wisdom. Bring the questions you cannot put down and receive wisdom from the I Ching of the Future Human. The longer you sit with the Sage, the softer your life becomes.
PAUSE WITH CONTEMPLATION
Contemplation begins with a pause. The Triple Flame timer helps you build a simple daily practice of stillness through music, guided contemplations, meditations, and gentle reminders. Whether you have three minutes or thirty, it creates space to reconnect with yourself amid the movement of everyday life. Pause with music, meditations or mystical stories. Connect with others from around the world, pausing alongside you.
THE LIVING LIBRARY
Decode each Gene Key through a rich library of articles, mystical meditations and practical teachings, all searchable and woven into your personal journey.

I downloaded this app as soon as I got the announcing email, of course. I set it up with all my info and right away started to explore around. I have been dealing with a challenging situation for over a year now that I’ve tried tackling from what I thought was every possible angle. I submitted a question about it on the ‘consult the sage’ feature that functions as an oracle and I received the most accurate, most helpful, most complete and practical piece of advice/guidance that has entirely changed my perception about the situation and I feel like I finally have my peace back. It was the very thing I needed at the perfect time. Absolutely priceless and not surprising at all that it came from this body of work. I think it’s a real testament of what lives inside this app. If you’re reading this, just get it and see it all for yourself. It’s the real deal ☺️🤍🫶🏼✨
Beautiful app — one small feature request
Ali-vanZ
I’m loving the new Gene Keys app! I’m especially excited about the Event Calendar, Sage, Chemistry, and Journey features. There is so much here to explore, and I love having these resources available in one place. One feature I would LOVE to see added is the length of time listed for each Journey, similar to how it’s displayed in the Triple Flame app. Knowing how long a Journey is would make it so much easier to choose one that fits the amount of time I have available for a Journey/pause in the moment.Beautiful app and such an exciting addition to the Gene Keys experience!
Developer Response
Thank you for your feedback Ali. We can definitely pass on your suggestion for the timing of each journey. And happy that you are enjoying and appreciating it otherwise.
Magic around every corner

Every day the Gene Keys app brings me a little bit of magic. Life is fast, hectic, busy, overwhelming. But when I tune in and contemplate my Gene Keys I find a safe place inside myself to pause. I love listening to Richard’s stories, helping me to learn from my shadows and release the gifts hidden inside. The app reminds me to slow down and imbibe the wisdom of love in small, but profound sips. Like an exquisite cup of tea, when I read or listen to the wisdom of the day I feel warm, grounded, and grateful.
Exquisite!

The content, the functionality, and the journey … all exquisite. If you’re a long time traveler of the Gene Keys, the caliber of beauty and genius contained in this app is of the same quality I see come alive in myriad Gene Keys offerings. If you’re new to the Gene Keys, this app is a fun way to dip your toes into the transmission it carries … a transmission that has helped me move through patterns of fear, exhaustion and defensiveness to anchoring increasingly more into presence, happiness, and prosperity. Best wishes to all on their journey!☀️❤️✨
