Your Boathouse is the companion app for rowing, canoe, kayak and outrigger clubs. Manage your club's fleet right from the dock — check boats out and back in, see who's on the water, and keep a clear safety record, all in a few taps.
Built for the people who actually use the boats, Your Boathouse keeps the boathouse running smoothly without paper logbooks or whiteboards.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Check out a boat in seconds — pick your return time, add a location or notes, and you're on the water.
• Check boats back in just as fast, with an optional note about how the outing went.
• See the live on-water board — know exactly which boats are out, who has them, and which crews are overdue.
• Report equipment issues with the detail that matters — category, location on the boat, and severity.
• Record safety incidents — capsizes, collisions, injuries and near misses — and drop a pin on the map to mark where it happened.
• Stay safe with water-status awareness — when conditions are dangerous, check-outs are paused automatically.
BUILT FOR CLUBS
• Only see the boats you're allowed to take out.
• Coaches and admins can check in any crew's boat and manage the whole fleet.
• Switch between clubs if you're a member of more than one.
• Works hand in hand with the Your Boathouse web app, where admins manage members, permissions, reports and billing.
WHO IT'S FOR
Rowing clubs, canoe and kayak clubs, outrigger clubs, school and university squads, and any organisation that shares boats and needs to know where they are and that they're safe.
Your Boathouse requires a club account. New clubs can get started at yourboathouse.com.
