• Short before-and-after check-ins, so you can feel — and see — how each session shifts things
• Simple progress tracking built around those check-ins
• A calm, uncluttered design that's easy from day one

• Share NeuroTap: Know someone it could help? Send NeuroTap to a friend or family member right from the app.
• Help when you need it: "In crisis? Get help" is now right on My Program and your Profile. The "You're not alone" screen also has a 911 button now.
• Update your Medicare number: If your Medicare number changed, just type in the new one.
Also: a short "Before you begin" note before your first check-in, and bug fixes.
