I’ve used a lot of AI tools. Most are impressive on the surface and generic underneath. ALEX is different. It doesn’t feel like advice scraper from the internet—because it’s not. It feels like talking with a friend or co-worker who happens to have spent decades studying how exceptional leaders behave. The app’s accessibility is on par with any of the household-name models. This is hands down the best AI leadership coach. It interacts with you like a coach would— asking smart questions that improve your approach and challenge conventional wisdom (rather than an AI chat bot programmed to agree with you and churn out as much advice as possible). While I primarily use it as a thought partner on things like managing time, giving feedback, and holding teams accountable, ALEX is also particularly adept at giving advice on navigating challenging relationships and delivering nuanced or sensitive communication.
